Villa Pippa

Location is fantastic Private pool Jacuzzi out the back Wash machine Pool maintained 2 to 3 days weekly

Iv nothing to dislike about this property.

Antonio met us at the Villa and showed us around. The pool was wonderfully warm, big enough for a circular swim and kids had a lot of fun. Beds were comfy, sofas were comfy, tv had full sky package, kitchen had everything we needed, with decent pots and pans. Villa could do with a little updating and better cleaning. There is a hotel opposite where coaches drop off and pick up guests during the day, but it didn't bother us. Turn right out of the villa is a 5 min walk down to the beach, turn left and it's longer and hillier. Great location for the beach and walk down to the strip. There is a friendly little cat that visits and kept us entertained, we fed him and watered him. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Could do with bath floor mats and new non slip bath mats, oven glove and new place mats. Otherwise all good.

Outside area was lovely Rooms were as described and enough room for our family

The bathrooms especially the baths are very old and run down also the sink in the kitchen smelt a little.

Lovely villa with a lovely pool makes you feel like you live there also has a hot tub great central location few mins walk to beach would definitely recommend staying here Antonio is a great host very friendly would definitely book this up again we had a great stay 10/10

There was nothing to dislike I noticed on other reviews that people say about air conditioning as rooms tend to get hot there are fans in the rooms which does help

Location was good, within reach of resorts and a shop. Pool a good size and beds comfortable and more important clean!

The location was great. A short walk to shops restaurants cafes beach. It was very quiet but well lit for night time. Two large hotels across the road so the area felt safe. There was a nearby bus stop to take you to the busier Porto del Carmen for more restaurants shopping and bars. The pool area was lovely and the pool was heated which was great, especially as we went in the cooler spring. There is also an hot tub which we used after coming back from a long cycle. Having a washing machine is an added bonus, but a few more working clothes pegs would have been nice. The outside breakfast nook was lovely as it was partly closed in and warm enough in the cooler mornings.

Having seen the villa classed as Fabulous, we were disappointed when we first arrived. There was a strange smell when we walked in. I thought it was very musty and we found the place not very clean. The kitchen table was all streaked like it was just wiped with a dry cloth. The glasses and plates weren't very clean and the cabinets were filled with black dust. The sink in the kitchen was not in good condition. The fridge had old milk stains on the glass shelves again like it was streaked with a dry cloth. The wardrops in the bedrooms smelled musty. The bathroom sinks weren't cleaned properly and neither was one of the toilets. On the night we arrived I really felt like checking in somewhere else but we had paid in full before we arrived and it was quite expensive. After I spent awhile cleaning with washing up liquid and hot water, I felt a lot better staying there. This villa is supposed to be for four people but there was only three sun loungers that were not in good condition. To be fabulous this place would need a few upgrades and a dam good clean!!
