Villa Rubicón Costa

La ubicación es perfecta. La casa estaba muy bien, limpia y confortable. La piscina es lo mejor después de un día de playa.

Necesitan arreglar la manguera para poder quitarse la arena antes del baño en la piscina.

The size of the villa was really spacious. We were a family of 6. The pool was really big for a villa and the location was fabulous. Walking distance to the marina (15 minutes), a commercial centre with bars and restaurants (10 minutes), a decent supermarket (2 minutes). There was a playground for the children a few minute walk away. We also enjoyed the hotel entertainment across the road. The villa was well equipped and the owners were fantastic with anything we needed.

We found some of the chest of drawers a bit musty smelling so could do with airing out but plenty of storage without using them.

Size - we were a group of three and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Also the location - easy access to the local supermarkets and restaurants

Easy instructions sent to phone, with keys in keysafe. Very accommodating when said may arrive a bit earlier than check in time. Clean and great to have 3 bathrooms. Great location, near to supermarket. 10-15 walk to Marina and 30 min walk to the big beach.

Wifi struggled downstairs and in the evenings, better when connected upstairs. We didn't use the pool as it was March.

The pool and gardens. It was alarmed and felt very secure. Pool towels supplied. Plenty shade to get out of the sun. Washing machine.

It needs updating. The shelves in the middle bedroom were hanging off the wall. The property photos showed a bath, which was a reason to book as my sister has chronic back problems, but there are only showers. Missing tiles around the pool lip. Broken glass on a bedroom floor. The new toaster was unusable as it tripped the electrics. All reported by email with no response and none of it fixed during our stay. Too far from the Marina for those with mobility problems.
