Everything we needed was in the villa. Loved the fact the towels were changed frequently. Great location for supermarket, bus stop and marina. Loved the bathrooms so spacious. Great villa in design and size. Lovely hosts. Very helpful. Would definitely rent again. Thank you

The agents were very helpful and responded immediately to any issues we had. The pool cleaner, maintenance technician and cleaning maids were all very friendly, polite and helpful.

The sliding gate could do with a little maintenance. We didn't mention it to the agency, if we had it would have been taken care of.

Perfect for party size - 3 adults and 2 children.

No issues bar minimal improvements - fridge door seal is beginning to be worn so needs replaced as fridge door doesn’t always close securely.

Quiet, clean, very comfy. Everything you need. Loved the pool and the bbq. Beds were comfy. The staff were very helpful when we had an issues and was attended to immediatly.

There wasnt a booklet to direct about some details of the villa which would have been helpful (I am very familiar with the canaries so wasnt an issues but if my mum came alone she didnt know about bins and recycling at end of the street etc, would have been good for wifi, days of pool cleaning etc). There may have been one in a draw but we couldnt see one.
