BBQ advertised but could do with a good clean- ended up buying a disposable 😅

The property was a large size, 3 decent sized bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The pool area was lovely. Walking distance to town (15/20) or supermarkets(Lidl about 12/15). Short taxi ride back. The kitchen was stocked with cleaning supplies and kitchen basics. Great air con in the bedrooms, lovely balcony with a view of the sea

One small issue was the main bedroom en-suite I couldn’t get hot water in the shower however this wasn’t an issue as there was other showers too use. Some of the pictures on this aren’t the actual villa/pool area I think they’re a neighbouring one.

Beautiful , we stayed in number 46 and the sun was over the pool and garden area from mid morning until sundown making for the most perfect subathing location. The Villa was situated in a.lovely quiet area . I'd say it is about a 20 / 25 minute coastal walk to get into the centre of Costa Teguise to the square and restaurants etc. Beds were very comfortable , air-conditioning worked well. Water pressure and heat in the showers was also great . Everywhere was clean , cooker looked brand new inside . We were left a large bottle of water , apple juice and crisps which was very much appreciated.

There were a couple of bits that we did notice -, old musty smell to the cups and cutlery etc - we did only use the cups for tea /coffee in the morning as we ate out everyday so just gave them a wash before using so it wasn't much of problem for us . By the end of the week the pool was looking quite grubby in the bottom , there was no filtration in the pool , there was a net so you can fish out bugs/leaves .

We recently stayed at this villa and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. On arrival we noticed several maintenance issues. The door handle on arrival was broken, and the pool light was hanging off. The pool light was eventually fixed after we phoned the owner, but it shouldn’t have been left in that condition to begin with. The kitchen was another major issue. The oven was extremely dirty, to the point that we couldn’t cook in it. Few of the kitchen plates were chipped, and there were only three mugs available for making drinks even though the property is advertised to accommodate six people. The BBQ outside was also very dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned or maintained. Overall, the villa appears to need some attention and proper upkeep to bring it back to an acceptable standard for guests. We also contacted the owners about these issues — they read the messages but unfortunately did not reply. We hope the owners address these problems so future guests have a better experience.

Three bathrooms, roomy, good location - good to have off road parking - quick response from host

It’s all a bit tired - kitchen equipment was limited (sharp knives were not good - pool light (non functioning) had fallen off and sliding doors were broken - but fixed by handyman - only 5 small plates- semi-broken pans - curtains in one room did not fully cover windows - other room only had shutters so only option for modesty was darkness. Exit barrier failed to work half the time. Shower switched from boiling to Luke warm at will - but know this is often a problem on Lanzarote. Would be nice to have instructions/advice and a friendly welcome about the property to help navigate.

It's a well-laid out villa, with good facilities - pool, big living area, bedrooms with an exterior balcony. The garden area is smart and self-contained.

We had booked a driver to pick us up at the airport; he/she arrived at the exact arrival time of the flight, we spent over an hour in the queue at immigration (which seems to be usual at Arrecife airport), so the driver didn’t wait we had another hour wait in the taxi queue. I suggest the courtesy taxi company takes the delay into account another time. We were given the wrong property address and had to call the host - this was tedious, given that it was late in the evening and we were tired. The photos do not match villa, and there was no sea view, as was stated in the description. The villa was not close to any restaurants, the nearest being a mile (20 minute walk) away. Only enough hot water for 1.5 showers, this is in a villa that sleeps six. The hot tank was not big enough and took a long time to heat the water. A dining chair leg broken, plaster was flaking off the walls in several places, the curtains in the living room were tatty and torn, and a number of the doors were difficult to lock. The upstairs en-suite shower doesn’t drain, and given the distance from the hot tank, taking one shower used all the hot water.

Location is good

Villa really needs some work, damp on walls, paint falling off walls. Outside the pool not fully working and needs maintenance. Hazards all around the villa, curtains missing in bedroom. Cannot use the driveway as the gate does not open or the garage you have no access.

La maison est très bien située au calme.

Beaucoup d'équipements sont vétustes et ne fonctionnent pas ou mal (le lave vaisselle est totalement rouillé et ne lave rien, la douche de la chambre principale est bouchée, le grille pain fait sauter les plombs, la cuisine est très mal équipée, il manque beaucoup d'accessoires (aucun plat pour utiliser le four). Les gestionnaires de la maison sont totalement inexistants et ne se préoccupent pas du tout des voyageurs ! Les consignes que nous avions reçues par mail pour accéder à la maison étaient erronées. Nous avons donc contacté l'établissement pour nous aider à la trouver. Nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse et avons du nous débrouiller tout seul. Nous les avons recontacté le lendemain pour leur faire part d'un problème dans la maison. Personne ne nous a répondu durant tout le séjour !!
