Property Notes

The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines In case of lost keys or if they keys are left inside of the property, a charge of 50€ will apply during office schedule and 75€ outside this schedule. The new keys will have to be collected from our office by the guest. On check out date all trash must be taken out by the guests, if not done a charge of 150€ will apply for taking out any remaining trash. Guest registration is mandatory by the law in Spain( Royal decree 933/2021 from October 26th) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). when arrival dates comes near we will send a link to perform an online check in for all guests. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Hallo, das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu viert und es hat alles super gepasst. Die Ausstattung war passend. Die Nähe zum Strand war da und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch gut erreichbar. Wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein paar Dinge wie die Polster der Couch sind nicht ganz so sauber, aber wir haben trotzdem alles akzeptiert und wenn die Kaffeemaschine etwas schneller wäre, aber wir waren ja im Urlaub.

Gute Lage. Pool

Spülmaschine defekt. Keine Waschmaschine wie angegeben. Keine Heizung im Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer und in der Küche. Dadurch Temperaturen um die 16 Grad bei unserem Besuch im April.

"Für den hohen Preis habe wir mehr erwartet, vorallem in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit."

Die Aussenanlage ist toll. Die Lage ohne direkte Nachbarn hat uns ebenfalls gefallen. Jedoch ist man auf ein Auto angewiesen, ansonsten wird es schwierig irgendwo hinzukommen.

Die Sauberkeit liess bereits bei der Ankunft zu wünschen über. Unsere Füsse waren nach der ersten Begehung des Hauses schwarz :-(. Im Badezimmer hatte es noch Zahnpastaspuren auf den Tablaren von unseren Vorgänger. In den Küchenschubladen waren diverse Brösmel. Die versprochene Reinigung in der Hälfte des Aufenthalts fehlte. Immerhin gab es frische Tücher.

Traditional style villa in a rural setting. Excellent outside cooking area. Comfortable beds and air conditioning available. Plenty of sun-beds / outside seating. Pool in good clean condition.

Would benefit from umbrellas around the pool. Oven could do with updating Better signage at end off the road as difficult to find on first day

"Lovely comfortable convenient property for a Mallorca holiday."

The property is well located to access transit, groceries and restaurants if you don’t mind walking or riding a bike. It is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The beds are cozy and this is a very quiet area. The yard and pool area are well maintained the owner of the property drops by regularly to check the fruit trees. He is respectful of your privacy but also close by if you need assistance with anything. Felt like home.

Self catering. The quietness of the area

Old and poor TV that we gave up on. Yes satellite is installed and excellent if you understand German or only want to watch BBC world news. Pity we couldn't stream to the TV from iPad it would have been useful, at times.

"Gorgeous location and amazing villa and especially pool !"

The outside area was amazing - beautiful pool, lovely gardens, lots of seating and a bbq area. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. It was stunning actually. The nice gentleman maintaining the pool and garden was friendly and totally unobtrusive. It was good to feel someone was keeping an eye and it was only for a short time each day.The agents looking after the villa were very responsive.

The road is very narrow so if hiring a car bear this mind!

"Pleasant"

Bed was comfortable, pool was clean and adequate but on the small side

Very cramped living area, not suitable for a family of 5 with 3 young children. The house had an old/damp smell. Crockery and cutlery needed further cleaning before you used it. More suitable for a couple. No air conditioning in the main part of the house only in the bedrooms. Fan didn’t work.
