VILLA OCEAN PALM, HEATED Pool!

Lovely, quiet location. Beautiful Villa.

Host communication could have been clearer. No directions regarding key collection or returning. No local facilities book in the house with useful numbers etc. The kitchen sides constantly had ants crawling all over them (even when we arrived) and there were not enough plates/cups for all of our party. No gas in the bbq and despite telling the host she did not offer to bring anymore and expected us to pay for it. No welcome basket/supplies. Not even tea/coffee/water.

Pool was NOT heated as advertised TV had no tv package and confusing remotes No key for main bedroom balcony so unable to secure the property Host unable to resolve problems outside office hours

Very clean and excellent facilities. Pool was great and the location was safe and secure with a great Italian nearby.

Didn’t have a PS4 as previous guests have taken it :/

The house was beautiful and located close to shops and restaurants. The surrounding views of the ocean and the mountains were spectacular.

The location is good, no traffic noise, but not too far from the beach area. The property is very practical for 3 couples or family of 6 to 10. Loved the 4 shower facilities and the big master bedroom with 2 x sinks and a shower/bathtub of course. The pool was clean and the size allows a decent workout. The sunsets from the patio were magnificent.

Only minor flaws, some drains were a bit clogged and a cupboard hinge was loose here and there. Nothing a handyman couldn't fix in in an hour. A construction noise is still present from nearby houses but it really did not bother us. A double key set/alarm control would be an improvement.

Nice property with good pool and external facilities. Kitchen pretty well 'stocked' and beautiful main bedroom/bathroom. Some of the other bedrooms were pretty grim.

None of the TVs didnt work. No rubbish disposal facilities.

Had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. Annie, who greeted us, very informative. All were friendly and helpful.
