Villa Eris

Villa was perfect and spacious, has everything you would need for selfcatering stay. Pool area so relaxing. Nothing bad to say. Host was very accommodating

We stayed at Villa Eris as a family of four at the end of February. Overall, our stay was enjoyable—the pool was fantastic, especially with the warm weather, and both the living room and kitchen were clean and well-maintained. The villa also has a fantastic location in quiet area, only a short walk to the beach

The condition of the toilets was unacceptable. They were visibly dirty, with noticeable mould, and clearly in need of urgent upgrades. It was also impossible for all four people to shower one after another before going out, as the hot water supply was only sufficient for two consecutive showers. Additionally, our bed sheets had visible stains, which was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness standards.

Location and relaxing atmosphere.

The location is fantastic, so peaceful and quiet but just a short 5 min walk down to the beach / strip. The villa has everything you’d need.

The pool was dirty on arrival. The hot water in the shower only lasts about 10 mins. The doors in the villa badly need to be fixed, hardly any of them shut properly.

Great location. A perfect sized villa for 2 friends on holiday together.

The pool half emptied every night, but the owner failed to tell us this on our arrival when she was filling it with a hose. As it would take 3 to 4 hours to fill, it was unusable for us for the week. Only one bed was made up with sheets and pillows. We contacted the owner soon after arrival, but another set of sheets did not arrive until day 2. The flush mechanism of the main toilet was hanging off the wall. The villa could do with a good clean.

Spacious Villa and close to main strip. WiFi was available and worked.

The Villa is a bit tired, the TV in living room didn't work, the flush mechanism fell off the wall, shower head in small bathroom kept falling down and the pool had a leak and needed to be topped up daily.

Absolutely everything, we have been on holiday to Puerto del Carmen for many years and this has been far the most relaxing holiday of them all. Yolanda the host is fabulous and at hand if any problems.

Absolutely beautiful villa. Had everything you needed for your stay. Yolanda was fabulous and so friendly. I would definitely recommend and would Absolutely return again.
