L’état général de la villa est très médiocre Tous les jours je devais envoyer un mail soit pour l’entretien piscine, des objets manquants, des problèmes de literie, … Ils ont été réactifs aux demandes sauf pour la literie Les serviettes de bain sont petites Les transats de piscine vétustes Rien pour accueillir les personnes ( bouteille d’eau, un minimum de condiments en cuisine, éponge … un savon dans les salles de bain ..) La qualité n’est pas du tout à la hauteur du prix

Villa Zoe is very comfy and warming. My grandkids loved the pool and table tennis . The villa is very spacious, 3 bathrooms....2 on suite

The villa was clean and ideally located but and it is a but we were given the wrong address and had to spend the first night in the car then it was so damp all our clothes were soaking wet and the beds so bee prepared for that it may be ok in the summer but not the winter time

The sleeping in the car the wrong address given to us and then whoever I'm talking to trying to make out I'm wrong and stupid and then to cap it all of the damp in that place is terrible our clothes in the wardrobes and the beds were all wet it needs sorting out

I loved the location of this villa and although it is a little dated it was clean and very comfortable

Outside area was pleasant and pool heated. Peaceful location which was good for our retreat

It needs a lick of paint it’s very dated and doors could be cleaned. Around the pool needs painting but fine

The location was good bar it being next to the bins which are emptied every morning between 5-6 am

Dirty Unsafe Unsanitary Ridiculously priced for what level the property is at Cockroaches in the villa Stains on bedding and curtains Damp walls with paint coming off Broken shower blocks Broken tiles around the pool Pool wasn’t cleaned we had to ask for it to be cleaned 2 days in to the holiday then it wasn’t cleaned again. Not good for children, we put the sunbeds up so they couldn’t go by the pool. My 1 year old could fit between the bar of the hat that goes down to the pool filter which is a 10ft drop Scum all around the taps We closed 1 bathroom completely off so no one could use it but when the cleaner came in they left it open and my son went in and cut his finger on the glass block. Smell of damp when everything is locked up

Very dated and run down. Mould in the main en-suite bathroom. Dangerous broken tiles in the main en-suite bathroom. Paint flaking outside.

Location great, we have stayed in a number of villas in this area over the last 12 years. Room sizes are good. The pool area is a good size. The outdoor table and chairs are good size and comfortable.

Having stayed in a number of villas in this area we appreciate there is always some maintenance required; however this one requires more. The glass blocks in the shower in the double ensuite bathroom are cracked, broken and unhygienic. This has allowed water ingress and what looks like algae and black mould. The broken tiles are dangerous and for health and safety reasons we didn't use this and advised the agent of our concerns. There is no pool cover, outdoor brush or hose to allow self maintenance around the pool area. The pool shower doesn't work and after 16 days we had to contact the agent to ask that the pool and pool area be cleaned, After 8 days we had to contact the agent to have the linen and towels changed, there was no actual cleaning of the inside of the villa over our 18 days. The brush in the villa is too old, there were no cleaning materials available in the villa.. Although there is a ping pong table the bats were unusable, we bought these and were able to pass them to the next visitors. The hot water in the sink in the twin ensuite doesn't work. We did advised the agent of all of the issues above during our stay and it would be good to understand from the next visitors if any of these are resolved.
