location good train and bus close by to use to get around. close to Hawkehead brewery and tap Local Wilfs cafe goes great preordered takeaway meals

more info about how heating worked . front bedroom a little noisy in the morning due to road/cars. Also boiler was a bit noisy in fornt bedroom room when anyone in the house showered
