Villa Calista by Villalia

We have stayed here before so knew the location was good . Plenty of space in the apartment for 2 but I don’t think it’s big enough for 4 . Property was clean , kitchens are probably best equipped of any villa we stay in

The villa needs an update , damp spots on the walls where the paint is coming off , mirrors tatty , bathroom units tatty , just a good paint and freshen up will sort it out especially in the bathroom

The villa was very clean but quite dated. The outdoor furniture is in bad need of replacing. We went and bought covers to put over the villa ones. The villa has a lot of open wasted space. The pool area is very open at the side which makes it quite cold when the wind is blowing through. The only communication with the hosts was when we requested the name of a doctor through text. One evening the electricity went out and we tried to contact the hosts but got no response. The only staff we saw was the lovely gentleman who maintained the pool.

The location suited our needs perfectly. The host was excellent and responded to all our needs quickly

some minor redecoration required but didn't spoil our stay

Peace and quiet.. Facilities. Location Pool

Perfect location, although car wqs very helpful. The view from the villa was breathtaking. Great space in the villa and outside. Early check-in was possible which was great. Great communication with the staff. It was just perfect. Couldnt ask for more. Even a small welcome pack was a nice thought ! Thank you. If we will ever come back to Lanzarote defo this villa is going to be our home.

We stayed at Villalia Calista during the New Year and it was great! The property, although not of most recent, is well maintained, was perfectly clean on our arrival, located in a nice and quiet part of Playa Blanca and has all the facilities for an enjoyable stay. Check-in was very smooth and a small welcome package was offered. The heated pool was obviously an asset in January and we spent very pleasant afternoons there. At the front of the house there is also a terrace, with fantastic views over the mountains, Playa Blanca and the coast. On New Year's Eve around midnight we had a fantastic view of the fireworks being set off. A special mention for the "villalia team": The communication via whatsapp was very smooth and all our questions or requests were followed up almost immediately. Keep up the good work! If in the future we consider spending another holiday in Lanzarote, we will certainly book our house with villalia.

Nothing special.... The Wifi was a bit wonky sometimes...

This was our second stay at a villa from Villalia. We absolutely love the privacy, the pool, the view and the space. The villa is well equipped and tastefully decorated and you really have all the comfort from home. Big fridge, washing machine, smart-TV, dishwasher, AC and lots of comfortabel places to sit and relax.

We had a really poor internet connection that the staff wasn’t able to fix, we blew out our entire mobile data bundle because of it. In this villa but also the previous one we found the beds not too comfortable especially when you’re staying a longer period of time.

Lovely Villa, great pool area. Very comfortable. Loads of outside space.
