Lamar Private Luxury Villas

The views were phenomenal, the facilities were well equipped. We were grateful for the well stocked fridge - truly above the standard essentials. They gave us soft drinks, cheese and ham, bread, milk, butter, fruit, cookies and even alcohol. This was such a considerate and thoughtful touch. The villa itself was clean and comfortable with all the necessities - even a washing machine and clothes line. Although there were a few neighbouring villas on the premises, it felt very secluded and private which made the experience so much more enjoyable, peaceful and tranquil.

There was nothing negative to comment about the property or experience itself. The only recommendation I would suggest is to inform guests of the rougher road conditions up to the villa. Given that there are a few more villas being built, and attracting more guests, maybe resurfacing the road up to the villa would be beneficial.

Great. A very comfortable villa. Incredible views of the sea and Turtle Island. Large pool. Large rooms and a super-large living room with a kitchen. The owner was very helpful. Nicos welcomed us – a great guy (thank you for the delicious gift). Pandi looked after us on site and was very helpful. Thank you! The property was well-designed and meticulously constructed. Thoughtful insect protection (some wasps common on the island) was used. It was a wonderful week spent on the tip of the island, in peace and quiet, with a wonderful view, in a very comfortable house.

Die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich. Man hat einen ungehinderten Blick auf Marthonisi und die Bucht. Es ist auch sehr sehr ruhig dort (wenn man keine Nachbarn hat, die gerade eine Party feiern). - Man ist dort für Sich, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Auch ist die Villa sehr geschmackvoll und nett eingerichtet.

Einerseits ist die "Straße" dorthin eher ausbaufähig. Man sollte schon etwas besser motorisiert sein bzw. einen 4x4 haben um dahin zu kommen. Die Villas waren, also wir dort ankamen noch sehr neu. Vieles war nicht durchdacht und benötigt noch etwas Finesse, was man bei knapp 600 EUR / Nacht erwarten dürfte. - Was uns sehr gestört hat waren die Nachbarn. - Wir hatten englische Fussballfans als Nachbarn, welche laut grölend in voller Lautstärke Fussball gesehen haben. - Das war sehr störend. Auch der Eigentümer konnte hier nichts machen. - So ging es bis 2 Uhr früh dahin.

We stayed at Liliana Villa. It’s one of the villas group they have there. Our host is a super host. We had early flight and wanted to check in earlier. This person made it possible. Our cleaning people were there super early to make sure we are able to check earlier. The property was super clean. Like a mean it. Every day clean towels where on the chairs when we woke up, pool was cleaned and property swept. When we’re were out at the sea our linen where changed. Our kitchen was stock in full. He had coffee machine, creamers in the fridge, and even milk. Tea, bread, cheese and hap, even orange juice for the breakfast, fresh fruits. It was all there when we came in. Everything is brand new, fridge, oven, laundry machine stock with detergent, microwave, dishwasher- you name it. I also need to mention that Villa Liliana has great WiFi. It’s was so nice, I was able to finish my work. They had high speed Starlink there - wow right? So don’t worry you will be able to work and be online no problem. I need to mention the views! You wont have better views than this. Entire turtle island was there for you to enjoy. Fascinating view, we also had a jacuzzi that my son loved to be in. So highly recommended place. Would definitely recommend.
