Everything beautiful location but close to the places we wanted to visit, Amy has done a great job making sure you have everything you need , so clean and comfortable , from walking around the farm land to collecting fresh eggs from the hens , very relaxing holiday.

It was nice to have fresh eggs from the chickens every morning. Thank you for the very delicious scones.

It smelled a bit unpleasant, it was not really cosy, very simple furniture and we had some spiders.

Our property was super cosy, comfy and welcoming. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and everything you could possibly need for a stay with a family was provided including stair gates, highchair and crockery / cutlery for baby as well as cleaning materials / bin bags etc. On arrival there was a cream tea waiting for us which was yummy. The bedding and towels are exquisite. The towels were enormous and fluffy! Beds were comfy and the games barn is the most well stocked children’s activity centre I’ve ever seen! There was something, in abundance for every age including table tennis, a toddler kitchen, a pool table, ride on toys, a rocker and boxes and boxes of toys! Also an incredibly impressive dvd collection. I was incredibly grateful for the washer and tumble dryer in the utility room opposite the cottages. Our baby suffers with reflux and the last thing I wanted to do was store vomit covered dirty clothes in a bag to take home - absolute god send!

The shower was a little weak for our liking but that’s just personal preference.

Everything about this cottage was perfect for us. We're already thinking of booking for next year with our small grandchildren as we think they'd love it. Spacious, clean, cosy...dog friendly. Literally has everything you need there for a week away....even did some washing while there. Games room is a brilliant addition....and loved collecting fresh eggs from the coups for brekki. Check in was 4pm, but Amy text saying the cottage was already available at about 11.30am should we need to check in early...added bonus. The location is 8 mins drive from stunning Boscastle...plenty of pubs/cafes and shops. Great base for travelling to St Ives/Newquay/Padstow/Bude. We loved our stay and will be back again. Fabulous!
