the site was very well placed for exploring the local towns and beauty spots. The site was safe and secure and the grand children loved collecting the chickens eggs. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating - The games room was a real bonus for the kids to play in. The scenery was stunning..

nothing to add here - it was a faultless week away - One of the best holidays we have had.

Absolutely stunning place, we had the best family holiday here and will be back one day.

Everything about the property was up to a very high standard: shower room, toilet spotless; kitchen area and cooker ditto.

excellent location, well placed for touring and visiting the coastal villages. Superb facilities, laundry room was a boon. We loved collecting our breakfast eggs straight from the hens! Everything was spotlessly clean.

Extremely quiet - well away from any traffic of any kind. Very comfortable and everything we needed to hand. It was a lovely touch to be able to collect our own eggs - thank you.

Very minor things - cushions for the dining seats and a couple of small saucepans as the ones supplied are too big for just 2 of us. But we certainly managed and - as I say - only minor.

property was clean and neat. location was great for us as we wanted to see Tintagel, Boscastle and Bodmin area.

if we’re being extremely critical the road in is uneven and bumpy - but just pre warning needed maybe

cosy, quaint - had everything we needed. Games room- with something for all ages. Great base.
