Villa Dimokratia

Villa Dimokratia exceeded our expectations. The villa is spacious, bright, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped. We especially loved the beautiful garden, the swimming pool, and the outdoor dining area where we spent many wonderful meals and evenings. The villa offers several terraces, allowing us to choose between sun or shade depending on our mood and the time of day. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the owner, Nikos. He welcomed us with genuine warmth and hospitality, treating us to delicious homemade cakes prepared by his family. We were also lucky enough to taste his own olive oil and wine, both of which were excellent—well done, Nikos! He was always available, attentive, and happy to share his favorite local spots and recommendations, which made our stay even more special. The villa is easily accessible and conveniently located near a main road, making it easy to explore the area. Kissamos is only a short drive away, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and services nearby. Thank you, Nikos, for such a memorable stay. We highly recommend Villa Dimokratia!

Nothing negative to report. The only point worth mentioning is that we expected 4 separate bedrooms, whereas the accommodation consisted of 3 bedrooms plus an additional bed in a very quiet area of the living room. This was not an issue for us, as we shared similar schedules and only one person used the extra bed. However, it might be less suitable for a group of 4 couples expecting four fully separate bedrooms. That said, we did not access the ground floor during our stay, so there may be an additional bedroom or sleeping area there. We would simply recommend confirming the sleeping arrangements with the host before booking if four separate bedrooms are important for your group.

Casa spaziosa, pulita, moderna e in ottima posizione. La piscina e l’area esterna hanno reso tutto ancora più speciale.

Weitläufig, viel Platz, schöner Pool, sehr sauber, tolle Abstimmung mit dem Vermieter, der uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben hat und uns selbstgemachte Delikatessen geschenkt hat. Alles einwandfrei, können wir nur weiter empfehlen!!

Man braucht definitiv ein Auto, selbst in den Ort sind es ca. 2km, aber sonst eine super Anbindung zur Autobahn.

Très belle villa, moderne, spacieuse et parfaitement équipée, avec une superbe piscine. Le jardin est magnifique et entretenu avec soin. Un grand merci à Nikos pour ses belles attentions : un hôte chaleureux, accueillant et toujours disponible, vraiment adorable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

Everything was perfect. The villa is huge and beautiful.The pool and the garden are amazing.And Nikos, the host, was so nice, greated us with a cake and some other nice surprices.He was very helpful and involved. In the villa there is everything you need.

Time went way too quick

无论是房子内部还是外部都非常的漂亮，360度的景观，房主为人很好非常热情，房子的位置很好，超市也很近，去主要景点也都很便利，我们度过了难忘的三天，一切都很满意。

Tutto perfetto per un gruppo di 6 adulti. La casa è super confortevole e ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative. Comunicazione con il proprietario ottima così come l’accoglienza. La zona piscina e barbecue meravigliosa!

The villa has everything we needed and more! Nikos is super sweet and he helped us with everything we needed.
