Perfect peaceful location.

The tiny studio villa was perfectly proportioned, immaculate and FULL of charm and character. Like something out of a novel. Despite how old and quirky it was, it had full modern convenience: great AC; all the appliances you need; good shower with great water pressure. From the outside it is BEAUTIFUL, the pool area is completely private and the pool was clean and an ample size. The Villa is walking distance of both Kerasia beach and Agios Stefanos, we regret hiring a car… A perfect romantic and secluded place, 10/10. N.B you WILL have cats visiting at the back door, so buy some cat food at the shops to keep them happy :)

There really weren’t any cons, however the road is steep and the area is quite hilly and someone with mobility problems might struggle. Certainly not an issue for us, kept us fit!

The authenticity of the house. It had all the charm of an old Corfu cabin but with all the comfort of a modern villa. Our host George was very friendly and very eager to help and gave us lots of useful tips about the area. We loved the pool in close vicinity to the house and the view from terrace over the sea to Albania was magnificent. Location wise it was perfect as we had a very good fish shop, wine shop, bakery and supermarket all on walking distance of the villa. And wonderful beaches and taverna's on a very short drive from the villa.

Fabulous views from this rustic villa. Quiet and peaceful. An excellent location for visiting San Stefanos and Kerassia Beach.

Difficult to find. Needs better signage and written directions. Thankfully, after an unsuccessful attempt to find the villa, George met us in San Stefanos so we could follow his car otherwise we would never have found it.

Swimming pool and the overal ambience of the property

I was not aware of the 10 Euro a day government tax. When I paid booking.com I was under the impression I had paid for everything advance. So, I was surprised when the host (manager) message me asking for 70 Euro for the week. He told me i had been advised about this. I defineteluy was not. I sendt messages to booking.com but nobody got back to me. I am very unimpressed with that!

We had stayed here before a few years ago and it hadnt changed much in that time, the view is wonderful. The villa is characterful.

The Loungers outside look lovely but are very uncomfortable due to the hinges and bar across it and there were no cushions for them which would have made them a little more usable. I did ask about cushions but were told that there were none due to the cats but found d that arrange as there are cushions on the chairs. If you flush the toilet before getting into the shower, there is only a small amount of water for the shower We were also ask to pay 70 euros for a tax that we were told we would have to pay anywhere we stayed in Corfu but we don’t have to pay that at the villa we are currently staying in through CV Villas
