I liked the location, very beautiful.

The people at the front desk was very rude from the first time we got there. When doing the check out, they darted into the villa if they wanted to find something wrong.

Place was beautiful, really nice cozy houses, great location, the view was amazing!

Whater heater was intermittent, it was switching off after 30-60 seconds, when it was working it was too hot, then too cold again...

Decent property located right in front of the private beaches of Panajachel. Nice patio and good lake views.

The staff (secretaries) from the places were not that nice. They were very pushy when trying to make us do the check-out plus they were kind of upset and had an attitude just because we leave some dirty dishes from breakfast since we didn’t have time to clean up. The only nice person was the concierge, very humble and friendly.

The property itself is reasonable although expensive.

It’s got a nice view of the lake.

The location was great. The lake wasn’t exactly connected to the property, but I could reach the beach in 30 seconds walk from the entrance. I liked the garden—the smell of the grass, the nature… just amazing. I also liked the fact that there was a kitchen with all the things that we needed. The pans, pots, dishes, cups… they were all clean.

It was clear that the towels and the sheets weren’t as clean as I wished they were. The towels were full of dust (we had to dust them off outside) and, even though I am not that sensitive, I definitely felt that there was a lot of dust in the sheets. My 6 months old baby and I couldn’t sleep well…
