I don’t like that upfront payment, cash only deposit and having to wear a band around my wrist the whole time I was there.

Nice size. Friendly staff. Good location. Villas are in the row, and first one has a best view from the terrace. Kitchen had stove, toaster oven, microwave, pots, pans, everything you need. Faucets had hot and cold water options. Master bedroom and bathroom is upstairs where the terrace is where there is a somewhat view ( blocked by trees) of the lake. Nice facilities. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The second night, the shower water temperature varied quite a bit. It kept turning cold, and I would have to turn all water (hot and cold faucets) off, and then back on. Once I turned it on again, I had warm water for few minutes, before it turned cold again. Bed was big, but hard. I have found most beds in the country to be like that. Inconvenience of carrying a big keychain with about 3 keys on it- one for the front door, one for the door upstairs to terrace, and one for master bedroom- they were all different keys. Would be great if the locks would be all same and have only 1 key. Overall though, great facilities and nice grounds.

Location was good for us, as it was very accessible to the docks and boats.

The location is quiet and out of the way. The grounds are attractive.

Wristbands were required to be worn for the whole stay. Also the jacuzzi costs $40! Finally the property is so far from Panajachel you can't walk there for food, etc.
