El lugar es hermoso. En recepción nos atendieron super bien y con mucha amabilidad. Muy accesible a la transportación. No tienen aire acondicionado, pero el clima está muy fresco y con los abanicos se duerme super bien.

El terreno estaba grande y seguro, y los detalles dentro de la casa muy lindos, el personal nos recibió y nos explicó lo que contenía la casa, 10/10

Staff was friendly and attentive. The villa was spacious, clean and secure. It has had UV light installation by the kitchen to prevent mosquitoes. The location on the lake was great and near the docks for views of the volcanoes. Highly recommend.

Location and quality of villa

Internet and tv did not work. Very bad to not have internet

After reading all the reviews, I was concerned about staying here (we booked last minutes and there were few options left!) so were relieved to have a good stay here. The staff was very nice and friendly. The villas are located 10 minutes outside of Panajachel - it's good because it's more quiet and close to the lake but it is far from everything (lanchas, restaurants, main center). The front desk staff was super helpful in calling tuk-tuks for us when needed. The 500QTZ in cash requested at check in for incidentals was weird but I was prepared for it based on reviews read online. Make sure you do the villa inventory with the staff at check in - there were a few items missing from our villa that were noted at check in to avoid issues at check out as some have noted in their reviews. Easy check in and check out.

Very overpriced for the quality of the villas and especially compared to other hotels we stayed at in Guatemala (which were cheaper and definitely true 4 star hotels). The furnishings and insides of the villas are dated and dark - you don't really ant to spend too much time inside or int he bedrooms. There are no views of the lake (except from top external patio). Frankly the villas are a bit depressing. It seemed that our bed (primary bedroom) had bed bugs and there was a huge spider nesting in the crack in the wall above our shower. There is no lobby or common facility to use during your stay (could have been useful before / after check out). Linens and towels aren't good quality. They position themselves as a 4 star hotel but it's 2 star at best. These are rented villas, not a hotel (no amenities and facilities)
