VILLAS JUCANYA Super Higienizadas

The Villas are super clean. No complaints at all regarding cleanliness All of the staff provided great customer service. No exceptions. The location is pretty good. We could take a moto taxi to go to the center of the city with no problems. Overall stay was amazing. I will come back. Great experience.

Just a constructive criticism: a bit more explanation on how to use the stove and Tv when we first arrived was needed. We thought we had issues with these items, but we just didn't know how to use them. (Staff was very helpful when we asked) Note: follow the rules of the place so you don't get charged extra.

The room is super cute and on the lake, making it easily accessible to go to all the small towns and attractions.

Location was ok and was on water. Area around villas outside gates could use some cleanup. But water was great. Kids band practice was wonderful. The villas are beautiful. Upstairs was to die for.

No breakfast but ok. Not enough bath towels or kitchen rags. 1 is not enough for both bath and jacuzzi. Nothing else .

There was a 12 hour power- and water cut. Normally a generator on the property would ensure guests not to have trouble from this, but the generator had clearly not been maintained, and send loads of smoke across everywhere. It impeeded us from planning our next phase of our trip. Furthermore, two other guests suddenly stood in the middle of our chalet late in the night, as they had not been able to find their own chalet due to the darkness. The owners claim we hadnt locked the door, which we certainly know we did. In any of the cases, one should not risk, having other guest entering nearly the bedrooms while at sleep. We made owners aware that we found it inexplicable at this pricelevel, that we had to stay an evening and night without electricity and water, without being compensated. The offer we got was another night free at another time, which we found quite ridicoulous, as we live very far away and will never be able to make use of it. The hotel was quite expensive, and we find it not to live up to standards that could be expected, and hosts, not to be responsive to this.

Loved sitting on the upstairs patio and having breakfast. Kitchen was equipped enough to cook a couple of dinners. Beds were comfortable. Shower worked well.

Pillows were very uncomfortable.
