Amazing villa, very beautiful and comfortable. Restu, our villa host was so kind and accomodating. The surrounding area is just gorgeous. The pool is spectacular and the in-house massage service is great. Would highly recommend.

There is no washing machine but this didn't really impact our stay and there is a laundry service provided so you can still get your clothes washed.

Property was spacious. 5 big bedrooms, which can fit 10-12 people easily. Good swimming pool and nice open space for childern to play. Kitchen and dining area were large engough as well. Host was contactable all the time and actively responsive. All bedrooms has TV in it. Bathroom and toilet are separate in bedroom, which is good. Bathroom is very good size. Toilets were cleaned. Villa clearing service were available everyday if you request it. We requested every alternate day for bedrooms and common area. UBUD main area is accessible by scooter. Villa is in quite surrounding with plenty of greenary around it. Overall very satisfactory.

No aircon in dining room or living room. No cloth drying stand or dryer. Villa is not connected with good access road for bigger car (we had toyota hiace. 7 seater car can access it if driver is comfortable). We had to walk all the way from main road to entrance with luggage. Couple of rooms had roof leaking during heavy rain event, for which they offered to relocate us in different villa after that. As villa is in farming area, you will find plenty of ants, wall lizards, spiders and frogs in and around property naturally. No TV in living area. Sofas were lil bit old.

The host Restu was great. He attended to us very well and I could easily contact him through Whatsapp when he is not present at the villa. He helped us booked manicures, yoga, breakfast and dinners for us during our stay.

The villa has a lot of leaking issues. When we arrived, the toilet in one of the rooms were leaking and this meant that the toilet was always wet and uncomfortable to use. One of the nights we had a stormy night and the roofs of 4 out of 5 bedrooms were leaking. This was very uncomfortable but luckily the areas of leak were not on the beds. The road to the villa is also narrow and not well paved for a car to drive on so it was a little inconvenient. Most drivers would not drive on the road which meant we had to walk ~30m (its not far) from the road to the villa. But this just made it a little inconvenient especially in the night when it was dark.

Loved the scenic layout of the property, exceptional open planned space with amazing staff that would cater for your needs.
