the villa is very comfortable, got lots of breezy wind, sunlights and open air. The living room and dining room are at the center, so it's easy for everyone to gather and chat around.

the roof doesnt cover the connection between bedrooms and living room, so it's harder to move around when it rains If you are driving, the entrance to park car at the villa is very challenging, so better arrive when there is daylight.
