We liked the environment, private space, our pool arts in the room.

Pool, bathrooms, beds, villas and breakfast were outstanding!!!

It was a little noisy with bikes in the lane

Same and limited vegetarian options. Same breakfast options for meat eaters. But location is good so good food around. Breakfast starts only at 8am. Could be earlier for travelers doing day tours. Loads of mosquitos Facility could be more cleaner Plugpoints are wired. You need a round one to use chargers. You need European E or F. Too specific for travelers. Card payment is a hassle especially for traveler’s coming from Singapore. Their card system did not accept Singapore cards due to only magnetic stripe being available. Kitchen appliances were not great. It took them 3 days to replace the microwave. Only one pot which was dirty. When we asked for new one, they said we needed to buy a new one. The fans in the living area didn’t work well. The facility could be maintained better.

Breakfast was great and it was at the cafe out the front and the staff where very obliging and you had choices. Room was lovely and clean. Great showers. Pool beautiful

It was hard to locate staff as certain parts of the day when they were cleaning rooms. Otherwise no issue. The front villas get noise from the street - but not enough to disturb you, but mentioned as we looked around the the other villas outlook was gorgeous - so if you can get the back villas - its a bonus with the outlook..

Excellent location and very beautifully designed and built villa. Good kitchen facilities and the pool is excellent. We had 4 bedrooms and staff moved around some of the furniture to accommodate our needs. Breakfast was included in our stay and had decent vegetarian options available. They stored our luggage on the last day after the checkout which was appreciated.

Unfortunately, the villa hasn’t been maintained very well. There were big cobwebs and lot of dust in the rooms and wardrobes were smelling of damp. This was reported within 15 mins of checking in and not cleared even when we checked out on day 4. The restaurant where the breakfast was being served was always short staffed and as a result the food was being served cold at times or long waiting times. On the day of check-out, we were delayed by 45 mins despite pre-agreeing the time for breakfast. Due to this we got delayed in checking out of the villa. The staff became extremely and unbelievably rude to us and forgot all basics of hospitality or basic manners to speak to humans, forget about guests. He even started swearing in his language. When asked about the cobweb, he rudely replied “Yes, I didn’t clean it!”. The manager later apologised but said was happy for us to leave a review and didn’t seem to care. In addition, there was no first aid box available at the property or with the reception. One of our family members had an accident as we were checking out which caused a deep cut on the hand and we were looking for some cotton, etc to stop the bleeding but the staff didn’t show any concern or extend help, they were only focused on getting us out of the villa. This is my second visit to Bali and this was the first time I have encountered such a rude person in Bali which left me completely shocked! The villa is so beautiful but it is such a shame that the staff are not well trained in basics of hospitality.

Location was lovely, 10-15 mins away from Ubud. Staff were super helpful, and lovely. Breakfast was good.

Not much. Just aircon was leaking in 1 of the rooms, and was not working properly. Everything else was great.
