La café pourrait être meilleur, mais c’est vrai partout

The staff were absolutely amazing, they could not do enough for us and made us feel so welcome from beginning to end. Namda, Suari, Odi and Surya in particular were brilliant about sorting our water cooler. The hotel is small and intimate, it's is about 15 minutes out of town in the villages. The location is amongst rice paddies and feels very peaceful. If we needed taxis, for longer journeys, these were quickly sorted.

Quiet location. Restaurant and Spa options walking distance or Grab readily available. Lovely pool.

Toilet/Shower Floor, loose rocks and pebbles. I found it very slippery and unstable. But normal bathroom area was a solid normal floor. Bad choice of feature.

Clean facilities, staff were lovely.

From the very first moment the service was exceptional. We arrived at 1:00 AM and two staff members were kindly waiting for us, taking care of our luggage and making us feel welcome right away. Their hospitality and professionalism remained outstanding throughout the entire stay. Every morning breakfast was delivered to our room — it was always complete, fresh, and delicious. We were also asked daily if we wanted the cleaning service to come in, which was a very thoughtful detail. The room itself was in perfect condition, with a beautiful touch of luxury: air conditioning, fridge, shower, and bathtub all working flawlessly. Customer service was excellent even before arrival. They contacted me to coordinate my check-in and I arranged the transfer service with them, which was also perfect. In addition, they offer very convenient extra services such as motorbike rental, tours, and general transfers. What could be improved: The only thing I would mention is that the lunch menu had limited options, but everything else was simply outstanding.

Desde el primer minuto la atención fue impecable. Llegamos a la 1:00 de la madrugada y aun así había dos miembros del personal esperándonos, muy amables y atentos, que se encargaron de todo sin que tuviéramos que preocuparnos por nada. Durante toda la estancia el trato fue siempre excepcional. Cada mañana nos llevaban el desayuno a la habitación, muy completo y delicioso. Además, siempre nos preguntaban si deseábamos que pasara el servicio de limpieza, lo cual valoramos mucho. La habitación estaba en perfectas condiciones, con un diseño elegante y detalles de lujo: aire acondicionado, nevera, ducha y bañera en perfecto estado. La atención al cliente fue sobresaliente desde la reserva; me contactaron para coordinar mi llegada y contraté el servicio de traslado, que resultó excelente. También ofrecen servicios extra como alquiler de motos, tours y traslados en general, lo cual es muy cómodo.

Únicamente el almuerzo, ya que las opciones eran algo limitadas.
