Clean comfortable bed

Their seemed to be mould on the bamboo ceiling in bathroom and near wardrobe

De locatie bevind zich in een rustig gedeelte van Ubud. In de buurt is niet veel te doen en te bezichtigen, wel kun je makkelijk met de taxi naar het centrum van Ubud. Er is een leuke restaurantje aan de overkant van de straat waar ze heerlijke gerechten verkopen. De villa is ruim, schoon en er wordt iedere dag ontbijt gebracht op de kamer. ook vragen ze netjes of je wilt dat de kamer wordt schoongemaakt. Her personeel is heel behulpzaam!

Bij het inchecken verliep het een beetje moeizaam ivm de betaling. Dit was via Booking.com geregeld maar ze vroegen om nogmaals af te rekenen. Het is netjes opgelost maar de communicatie kon beter, het leek wel of ze niet op de hoogte waren dat betaling ook anders kunnen verlopen.

部屋が広くて素敵だった点、ホテルの裏側にはライスフィールドが広がっており美しかったこと。

お風呂場にバスタブがあるがあまり清潔じゃなかったこと、シャンプーがなかったこと、洗面台の前にオシャレな砂利石が敷いてあるが、その下に２匹のGが死んでいたこと。掃除をお願いしたが1匹しか片付けられていなかったこと。繁華街から遠くて少し不便であること。朝ごはんのチョイスがイマイチだったこと。

Beautiful

For my last 2 days relaxing before leaving Bali, it was an amazing stay. I was welcomed with a warm and sweet tea. I think it had tamarind, and it was so good! The food range of choices was really nice! It is out of the way from Ubud centre, and there are rice fields everywhere. You definitely need a taxi/car to get around. I love the bathtub! and the outdoors shower! I had heavy rain, so I didn't end up eating outside or using the swimming pool, but the views were lovely. The bed was HUGE!! And having a mini fridge was so convenient! I wish my partner had come with me hahaha, but I had a nice, relaxing time! Also, the massage lady top-notch!

Not clean, much insects, we left hotel and asked for refund. However, they have refused. Not recommended

Not clean, much insects and there was mouse inside room.. Doors doesnt close well allowing insects to go inside room from everywhere..

The villa itself was fine with a ricefield view

It wasn’t clean, daily cleaning service was also poor, and they charge 10% of you rent motorbike from them which is ridiculous. During check in and check out I felt really uncomfortable
