The staff were very welcoming and friendly, they even helped us order food from local restaurants to our room and organised a driver to pick us up from the airport and drive us back to the airport on our last day (we even got to have him as our driver for our full day tour around Ubud). Our room was absolutely gorgeous, they had universal plug outlets/sockets by each side of the bed, so we didn't even have to use our own international adapters there. The view was stunning and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Absolutely loved hearing the Tokek (Tokay) gecko sounds at night. Breakfast was included, the food was very delicious, and we had some of the most relaxing massages/facials through our stay! We will definitely come back soon!

This was just a mild inconvenience, but during one really stormy night our bathroom roof was leaking rainwater. Again, for us it wasn't a big deal, especially as the food was very delicious, but the plating was a bit inconsistent (for example, one morning you would have a fried egg with your noodles, the next morning you wouldn't, even though you ordered the same dish).

Ubud is an amazing place to visit , staff was friendly and doing everything they could to assist.

The villas were spacious however not as clean as they should be in my opinion, I understand that humidity makes things worse but that shouldn't be an excuse at a 4 star place. Spa area wasn't available due to some renovation, the massage offered at my room was nice however I'm.not sure how you can enjoy the rest of the services like the face/body scrub. Breakfast was bad as the pastries offered were stone cold and we were served 1 portion instead of 2 even though we paid for 2. Given that the prices are generally cheap in bali we wouldn't make a scene. But just because we are 2 people sitting on the same table doesn't mean we should share one portion in the price of 2. Pancakes and fruit salad were very good though. All in all the menu we had couple of times at our room wasn't upto expectations for a 4 stars hotel.

Everything, very spacious villa, well presented in a courtyard with a pool. Out door showers and very friendly and attentive staff. I wanted 3 days to relax with good food with which they delivered.
