Pool was a little dirty. Didn’t have much of a view like the other villas had.

Wir wurden direkt an der Rezeption in Empfang genommen und unser Gepäck wurde in die kleine Villa gebracht… Schlüssel wurde uns dort übergeben.

Nachdem wir den Room Service in Anspruch genommen haben, hat das dreckige Geschirr noch sehr lange vor der Tür gestanden. Neue Handtücher gab es am nächsten Tag auch nicht. Es wurde noch nicht mal gefragt, ob die Betten gemacht werden sollen.

The rooms we’re spacious, the location was remote and beautiful, the staff were lovely and very helpful. Infinity pool an absolute winner. Loved it, great place to chill after a very long flight.

We stayed in one of the modern-style rooms, which was generally clean and comfortable. However, the overall interior felt a little plain. Adding more color or decorative touches could make the atmosphere warmer and more inviting. The balcony door design also reminded us a bit of a convenience store entrance, which slightly affected the room’s overall charm. It would also look better if the pool chair placed on the balcony were replaced with a wooden sofa to match the aesthetic of the wooden fence. The placement of the pool chair there felt somewhat forced, as if only to fill the spacious balcony area. It would also be more convenient if there were an electric socket near the small table, as I found it difficult to plug in my laptop charger. The Wi-Fi connection was unfortunately quite unstable, which made it hard to access streaming platforms like Netflix, which also requires guests to log in with their own accounts. However, due to the unstable internet connection on the television, we couldn’t use the TV during our stay. We ended up watching through our own laptop, which thankfully could still connect to the property’s Wi-Fi. The staff member we interacted with, Joni, was friendly and polite, though it would have been nice if assistance with our luggage had been offered. For a rate above IDR 1 million per night, I believe there is room to enhance the sense of hospitality and personal attention to guests. Or perhaps there is a difference in how local and foreign guests are treated, regardless of the amount they pay — I’m not sure about the property’s policy. As for the in-room amenities, the tissue boxes — from the kitchen to the bathroom — were not fully stocked, and there were no room slippers or dishwashing supplies available. This made us question whether the dishes and glasses provided had been properly cleaned. These small details, if improved, could greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, we appreciate the modern concept of the property.
