Nazeki Villa

Unglaublich schöne Villa und tollem halboffenem Gemeinschaftsbereich. Sehr nettes und entgegenkommenden Personal (Und wunderschöne Badewanne)

Pool was beautiful. Host was very accomodating for all our needs - transport, ordering food, staying longer than orignially booked.

Location - there was lots of building and roadworks so couldnt get to places easily.

*Wifi stopped worked after the first day *Bathroom mirror was poorly supported by tape and wood blocks *Bathroom faucet was broken and loose *Four lightbulbs were out *Pool was slowly draining and dropped at least half a foot in a few days *Outdoor lounges both upstairs and downstairs cushions were stained and had cigarettes burns *Upstairs patio decks had no furniture or plants as pictured, but had a dirty hose *Upstairs bedroom sliding doors to patio - one side was intentionally jammed and wouldn't open, the other side we had to stuff a towel to prevent from shaking and making noise all night *Glass sliding doors were all incredibly difficult to open and close and very noisy, the one upstairs to a patio didn't have a proper seal so left a huge gap *Poolside lounge seating bags were moldy *Upstairs bedroom had mold in crevices *Outdoor kitchen wooden table had mold *Construction in the villas started at 7am and went till 5pm *Skylight in Upstairs bathroom was covered with moldy gross tarp *All windows were water stained *Ceilings in Outdoor lounge were falling apart *Toilet Upstairs was stained yellow *Poor water pressure in toilets, had to hold down flush for a long time *Multiple Bathroom windows unable to close and missing latch *The large rocks acting as a pathway were unstable and sharp, not paved like the photos *The lawn outside was mostly mud by the Poolside *Unsafe outlets exposed wires under shelf in Upstairs bedroom *Staff walked into our villa unannounced in the nighttime just to "turn on garden lights" and scared our guests

The location is good, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The staff are nice and will respond promptly to any requests.

We booked two villas for 13 people, but they weren't located together—we had to take taxis to reach each other. The villas around ours are under renovation, and it gets extremely noisy at 8 am every day, making it impossible to sleep. The WiFi was broken on the first day and only fixed the next day. There's a water outage every morning, and when the water comes back, it's very dirty—we have to run the tap for at least 45 minutes before it's usable. At night, there's no hot water when we return to the villas, so taking a shower has been a major problem every day.

Air conditioning wasn't working properly, didn't realise there was so many stairs! Not within walking distance of restaurants, shops etc

The photos on the Internet are fantastic. That’s about it. honestly, the best thing about this villa was leaving three days early

Villa for My 50th Birthday – Avoid at All Costs I booked this villa for my 50th birthday, and it turned out to be the worst travel experience I’ve ever had. We arrived after midnight to find that the doors didn’t lock properly, and the swimming pool was green, murky, and completely unusable. There was no TV to keep the kids occupied, and the location is remote with no shops or restaurants nearby—just long walks or taxi rides for the basics. The property was in a terrible state, especially when compared to the well-kept twin villa right next door. After two days of sitting in stifling heat with no working pool and barely functioning air-conditioning, we cut our losses and checked out early—which was, frankly, the best decision we made. This wasn’t a cultural misunderstanding—it was pure neglect. Management blamed the pool guy for not reporting the broken pump, yet took no responsibility or action to protect our health or comfort. The so-called “free breakfast” was inedible—I wouldn’t serve it to my dog. And the villa’s cleanliness? Non-existent. Grime, spiderwebs, and general filth everywhere. Whoever is managing this place clearly doesn’t care. The only good part of the stay was leaving. Do yourself a favour and book literally anywhere else.

Curtains in the bedroom are to small for the window so expect a lot of light in the room as soon as the sun come up
