Nazeki Villa

Nazeki Villa was an absolute dream! The pool was beautiful, and the overall space was amazing—reminding me so much of Tulum. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and my family and friends were all thrilled with the accommodations. The pool was definitely the best part, offering a perfect spot to relax and unwind. I loved the open design and the tasteful decoration throughout the villa. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The bathrooms and rooms were enormous, and I could easily imagine having a home with such a beautiful design. We were so happy during our stay that we found ourselves by the pool until midnight, losing track of time because of how peaceful and relaxing the atmosphere was. They also do laundry here and oh god! All the stains of your cloths will be GONE! One thoughtful touch I really appreciated was the warning about the monkeys and the reminder not to leave food out. It was little details like this that made the stay feel even more comfortable. Overall, Nazeki Villa is a perfect place for anyone looking for a tranquil and beautiful retreat.

While our stay at Nazeki Villa was wonderful in many ways, there were a few things that could be improved. First, the location wasn’t ideal for those looking for things to do within walking distance. Everything was quite far away, and we had to rely on cabs to get anywhere, which was a bit inconvenient. Another aspect we weren’t too happy with was the breakfast. You had to order the breakfast a day in advance, which didn’t work out well for us. We tried both the rice and noodles, and unfortunately, they tasted like plain instant noodles with no seasoning—very disappointing. The coffee also wasn’t the best, which was a letdown considering we were hoping for a better morning experience. That said, there are many breakfast spots nearby with delicious food and great coffee, so we found alternative options to enjoy.

Great location, open style living room, great place to relax with your family. The beaches are very close by. Very helpful staff.

The photos of the villa on booking.com

The fact that the photos showed on booking.com were clean and upon reaching the villas we found stains on bedsheets and mold around the bathroom as if the villas hadn't been cleaned. When I found out about the cleanliness issue, I asked for a refund for the villas which were reporter unclean and the villas instead of admitting their fault, didn't claim any responsibility and declined the refund. It was just a dishonest representation of what the villas offer.

The rooms were spacious but there were not enough seating area in the bedrooms to relax. The rooms are dusty and smells a bit moldy.
