Villa Alyko

Everything! The villa is absolutely stunning, I have stayed in many around the world and this is by far the best yet. It was just two of us so we had a bedroom and bathroom each, pure luxury and so worth it. The restaurant across the road called Faros was beautiful, we went there every day to eat! The beach was a couple of minutes walk and was quiet, clean with clear waters. We can’t wait to come back next year. Thank you!

Villa Alyko was a beautiful villa to stay at in Naxos. It’s somewhat of an upside down house with the bedrooms being on the 2 lower levels (but fully above ground) which gives you lovely views from other rooms. It’s an ideal rental for a family, with 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a spa bath). There’s lovely living space on the upper floors and several terrace areas with forever views to the sea. There’s a large pool and a smaller spa pool and you even have your own party pavilion. The beach is behind the villa, via a short walk through cypress trees. The trees aren’t tall at all, but finding the trail back is a fun adventure in itself. Though Alyko is a little remote and about 20 minutes from Chora (the harbor area), there is a bus just a few yards away in front of Faros restaurant—but be sure to tell the driver you are stoping at Alyko Faros as there is another Alyko stop that is further away. . (A really good restaurant, by the way for dinner and possibly lunch. Breakfast there is only available to guests who stay at their hotel). There are other restaurant options about 5 minutes away by cab. Villa Alyko is very clean and comfortable. The young woman who comes daily to clean, Rosie, is a gem. When you rent Villa Alyko you will find it fully stocked with eggs, cheese, juice, cold cuts, bread, and more. If you want to stay from the hubbub of the harbor, then you will love Villa Alyko as we did.

We rented the larger two of the three villas. They are well-suited for family with children (we were 8 adults and 4 toddlers). The villas are next to each other, each has a pool, and were very comfortable and accomodating. The beach is walking disance, The cleaning lady - Roz- came every day and did a fantastic job.

Overall wondeful. The exit from parking to the main road ineeds a beause there i snot way to see whtehr cars are coming from right or left.

Gorgeous decor and really beautifully laid out, felt really luxurious! Only a 2 minute walk through sand dunes to the most beautiful beach we’ve ever been to. Extraordinary place.

Only negatives are the road just by the property although when I realised it was only traffic for a near by beach it didn’t disturb me so much! It would be good to have a more personal relationship with the owners, the cleaning lady Rosie was absolutely fantastic.

The location is amazing, on the edge of the ancient 200/300 year old cedar forest and has some sea views. The pool is big and my kids loved it and BBQ area is also brilliant. It's a fantastic villa, comfortably sleeps 6. It has all that you could need and more, great aircon and beautiful views. It is a bit remote so I was pleased we hired a car - it's 30min into Naxos Town. Lots of great beaches in walking distance, Hawaii beach is very good, the bottom end of Kastraki/Glyfada beach is also great and an excellent spot for sundowners. There is a brilliant restaurant almost across the road called Faros, which had incredible food and can't recommend enough. Beware the portions are huge and amazing local wines and local dishes as well. We had a daily cleaner who was fantastic. We felt very welcome and will definitely be back.

The road is not busy but cars tend to drive rather fast on that stretch so be careful entering and leaving - some mirrors might help. The occupants of the small villa on the left of the pool (we shared the driveway) used our gate to the beach and walked in front of our bedrooms while we were changing more than once. They felt entitled to use the gate and perhaps clearer messages should be given to those renting that villa not to walk in front of our bedrooms. We were told our entire villa was private with no shared areas apart from the driveway. That's not the owner's fault at all but the entitled guests in the other villa.

I had the most incredible experience during my recent stay at Vila Aliko Naxos. I simply cannot express how great we felt throughout our entire time there. In fact, our stay at this accommodation surpassed the experience I have had at any 5-star resort. One of the highlights of Vila Aliko Naxos is its breathtaking surroundings. With an amazing sea view and just a short 3-minute walk to a private beach, the location is truly remarkable. The moment I stepped foot on the property, I was in awe of the natural beauty that surrounded me. Cleanliness is of utmost importance to me, and I was delighted to find that Vila Aliko Naxos maintained the highest standards. The on-site cleaning service ensured that every corner of the accommodation was spotless. Not only that, but the amenities provided were simply exceptional. From the outdoor private pool to the private kitchen and grill, everything was perfectly maintained and designed for our comfort. Renting this villa was undoubtedly the best decision I have ever made for a vacation. The experience was truly amazing, and I guarantee you will not regret choosing Vila Aliko Naxos as your accommodation. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The host, too, deserves a special mention. They were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From promptly answering our questions to personally welcoming us upon check-in, their attentiveness and genuine care made us feel valued as guests. I cannot thank the host enough for their outstanding service. We will definitely be coming back to Vila Aliko Naxos very soon. Thank you once again for providing us with such a fantastic experience.

The location and cleanliness were excellent. The host was very prompt and helpful.

The wifi was non existent at times and when it was on it was extremely poor. The front door could only be locked from inside. There are issues with front door.

amazing location with à private beach and à nice swimling pool thé staff is super nice

the beds are horrible it us very old foam. with just one sheet and pillows that are not good quality we all ended with back and neck pains (and we are une our thirties ) - such a shame because the place is great another thing is the swimming pool right in the middle of the shared parking of with the other house with nothing to hide it which gives no privacy
