Tirta Jenar Villas is an absolute dream, nestled deep in the jungle and far from the chaotic hustle and bustle of Ubud. It is the perfect peaceful sanctuary to unwind after a tiring day of sightseeing and to recharge from the mass tourism that, unfortunately, has also reached northern Bali. Despite being a quiet haven, the property is well-connected to various points of interest and sits just a 1-minute walk from the beautiful Pura Gunung Kawi Sebatu temple. The villa itself is stunning and spotlessly clean. The real highlights of our room were the private pool and the gorgeous, stone-immersed bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel offers great additional services. What truly sets this place apart is the authentic connection you get with the local culture, unlike the anonymous mega-hotels surrounding Ubud. The hosts are special, beautiful people who run this amazing property with so much love, and we will carry them in our hearts forever. Highly recommended for a true Balinese experience!

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Tirta Jinar Villas. The hosts were incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming throughout our stay. Every request we had was fulfilled within minutes, which made us feel truly cared for. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning, and the massage experience was honestly one of the best we’ve had in Bali. Thank you for the amazing hospitality. highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

Wir empfanden die Unterkunft als sehr schön gelegen und sehr ruhig. Sie ist direkt neben einem tollen Tempel gelegen und zu den Restaurants im Ort muss man nur ca. 10min laufen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Die Anlage an sich war sehr schön, der private Pool und die überdachte Liege sehr idyllisch. Auch die Villa selber war authentisch gestaltet.

Die Ausstattung war an mancher Stelle sehr minimalistisch. Ein Föhn wäre bspw. nicht schlecht gewesen. Die Dusche war immer nur für ca. 2min warm, danach musste man länger warten, bis wieder warmes Wasser kam. Das Bad war wirklich sehr sehr dunkel.

Very lovely, super helpful and friendly local Balinese family. Greeted us with a warm smile and helped us with our luggage. The Indonesian breakfast was terrific - lovely fresh juice and a really tasty Nasi Goreng, together with coffee. The villas overlook dense jungle, and are very peaceful. We loved every moment of being there, and our hosts couldn't do enough for us. We'll be back.

This place is perfect! I was actually emotional leaving because it felt like home. I stayed for 2 weeks and could have stayed longer. First, the arrival welcome was absolutely amazing. They made sure I was perfectly comfortable and knew where anything I needed was. Their communication over WhatsApp was very convenient. Everything I ate from their menu was incredible and very well priced. I ordered my meals ahead of time (ex. breakfast for the next day at 8am) and each meal was prompt. The extra attention to detail wasn't unnoticed like cutting crust off the bread. The family always valued your privacy and always knocked and announced themselves. I had a very mindful time and I would request Canangs and they were more than happy to supply them for me. I fell in love with their incense and they gifted me a pack to take home and wouldn't take money for it! It was so kind. There are 2 water temples within walking distance and are each worth a visit. I partook in 2 spa treatments and both left me feeling amazing. The pool was refreshing and very clean. The water feature made the setting very serene. My villa overlooked the jungle and it was amazing to hear the birds and such in the morning and the geckos at night. There is a covered lounger by the pool where I spent most of my days on my laptop. Wifi was reliable and never lost connection. A perfect getaway close to Ubud. I will be back! A must-stay!

Very calm place with chilling weather... surrounded by sound of nature...nearby to some tourist spots...staffs are very attentive and friendly...
