villa was dusty, slime in the toilet sink, flat pillows, door no lock (only a small latch)

nothing that we like

horrible experience with this villa, mis selling at the 1st place, in description the villa provides daily room service but we were told by the staff that's not the case AFTER CHECK-IN. and worst part of the small villa is it's surrounded by different self running BIG villas allow midnight party. This villa is not sound proof at all. we are woken up at 3am by the neighbour villa and it feels like they are playing loud music right beside your ears on the 1st night. The owner doesn't bother to provide us with even an ear plug. 2nd night was the same, not loud music but people chatting and riding motorcycles loudly as they were taught to play around the rule. We booked for 3 nights but left right after the 2nd night as children started feeling sick. we express our concern to the owner and seek for understanding to cancel the remaining booking for the children but the owner basically said it is not from his property and not his business. Then we reason with sound proof issue and no response from the owner but just take our money without refunding anything to us. we checked out properly on the 2nd day. our suggestion is that if you are a person who goes to bali for party (without sleeping at all), pls go ahead. but if you looking for some relax or vacation, please reconsider, as there are much more better choices in Bali. Another side note is that after we left this horrible memory, we booked another villa in seminyak, it was thankful, fantastic and relaxing, we miss Bali.

The villa was amazing! It exceeded expectations and is very beautiful! The host was very communicative and allowed an early bag drop as well! It is in a great and convenient location to everything as well. A mini mart at the end of the lane and also coffee cartel

The pictures matched the propoerty - easy to get to and good location to all the good bits.
