Villa Bianca Bali

Beautiful villa and pool, nicely decorated with a Europe vibe, and provided with all the essentials. It is in a quiet lane but not far from the main center and cafe. Appreciated the filtered and cold water dispenser and the insect repellent. Staff were kind and offered daily cleaning.

The second bathroom has a major problem with drain flies which needs attention. We used only one bathroom. The air con in the bedrooms are not very cooling and quite loud as well. However, otherwise was an enjoyable stay!

Host was great she did a wonderful job in looking after us at the villa

The villla was run down needs an upgrade and as we paid $250 Australian per night did not exceed any expectations. The shower head was broken, we had to ask for someone to come and fix the water pump kept us up all night every night until we could no longer put up with it. The pool was freezing couldn't swim in it. The villa did not look like the photos showed unfortunately

Bedrooms only good thing

The Villa is a waste only good to sleep. Pictures look nice but you get no sun in the backyard at so you have to stayed locked up inside. Spent the days either sleeping or had to get out. Left my medicine in the fridge cause they rush you to leave and when I realised I contacted them and they said they thru it out and was my fault. Yet they text me a million times to make sure I was leaving in time. Had my my number and text me the whole stay. We were clean left no mess. Disgusted they didn’t even bother to contact me when they saw it in the fridge. Don’t stay here only thing good is location otherwise the villa is like 4 walls you feel trapped. Plus the laneway to get to the Villa is dark and scary. The pool is not even a pool so small but the backyard gets No sun so if you want to sunbake forget about it!!a nice bed to sleep in is all it has that’s all even the couch is like a bench seat at café uncomfortable. Much better options in Bali think before you book

In the bathroom there are flies or insect flies around the bathroom. My kids feel disgusting about that.

There is no health faucet in Toilet , Bathroom is a problem ,

presented lovely and staff super helpful and always contactable

the distance from shops etc but we still walked anyway
