Fotky úplně neodpovídají současnému stavu. Venkovní prostor by potřeboval renovaci. Uvnitř ve společném prostoru to bylo fajn. Hodnotím hlavně hostitele nebo chlapíka, který se o nás staral. Díky němu, nám pobyt velice zpříjemnil! Vše co jsme potřebovali nám skvěle zařídil. Děkujeme za tvou péči!!! Ještě poznámka, že první pokoj má asi problém s klimatizací, která dělala na pokoji mrazák a i když jsme změnili nastavení, tak se nic nestalo.

Maison très agréable, lumineuse et bien située dans Kuta (proche de la rue commerçante) mais au calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits très confortables. La piscine est un réel plus avec son coin canapé. Le personnel est très réactif . Nous avons pu avoir la maison plus tôt que prévu, ce que nous avons apprécié.

Вилла очень уютная и красивая. Хозяева стараются решить все вопросы, общение через вотсап. Было приятно получить подарочки при заселении: снэки и два палантина. На вилле тихо, нет шума с дорог. За небольшую плату довозили до пляжа и в аэропорт.

Не совсем удобно, что нет зоны ресепшен. Каждый раз приходилось искать сотрудников. Далеко до моря, мы были без транспорта.

Beautiful villa with a lovely plunge pool in a quiet location. About 10 minutes’ walk to the main area of shops and restaurants - we had a lovely lunch at Mama Pizza nearby. The property itself is stunning and has great potential. The host was quick to respond and allowed us to cut short our stay, refunding the remainder of our trip so we could go elsewhere.

We experienced four separate power failures in just over 48 hours. We were told we’d be put on a generator but the power continued to fail. The water is well-pumped so every power cut also meant no water. On one occasion the on-site staff had the water pump completely dismantled. The bottled water dispenser and kettle were also very temperamental, constantly displaying errors and not boiling properly, though the team did bring us a working kettle we could use when we had electric. We had to chase for a working gas bottle for the stove, and even with gas, we had to ignite it with a lighter as it requires electricity to operate properly. Some screws were loose in the doors making them temperamental to lock. The side gate wasn’t locked and we asked staff to lock it but it didn’t get locked. The third bedroom door could slide open at the side meaning you could slip down the side so not very secure, walls had lots of yellow marks, and bed linen looked tired. We are frequent visitors to this region and have never experienced issues like this before. The constant problems caused way too much stress for our family holiday, and with children we simply couldn’t continue our stay after 2 nights.

Some room for improvements are: 1. Provide mosquito repellent 2. ⁠Water dispenser was not very friendly (unexpected) 3. Recommend to have fan in living room 4. ⁠fan in gazebo 5. ⁠provide indoor slippers
