Sunyi Villas

Lovely spacious villa with private pool, which was perfect for hot afternoons. Nice outdoor seating area with beanbags and swinging chair. Staff are observant as to when you go out to clean the villas. There is a large kitchen area with a random selection of equipment, but we didn't make use of it beyond snacks and drinks. We'd highly recommend collecting food from the warung opposite for breakfast/dinner if you fancy staying in. Also the ASAP food app is great for getting food delivered. Baby cot and highchair provided

Not a dislike or a problem for us personally but a note for those traveling with young families; The villa we stayed in was two adjacent, separate rooms with lockable sliding doors onto the pool/garden. Our young children 6&4 are sensible and independent so they were fine locking the doors themselves at night. But if you have a young family the rooms are not connected.

La piscine était très mal entretenue, l’eau était verte nous n’avions pas pu l’utiliser malheureusement. Je pense qu’un nettoyage complet est plus que nécessaire.

Kitchen had no working stove (no gas), which was difficult with small children • Hot water in shower didn’t work properly – fixed once, but broke again the next day • Breakfast was not included (though it seemed like it was) and cost over 100,000 IDR per meal – almost double the price of better restaurants nearby • Daily cleaning was promised but only provided once during our stay • Overall, service and communication need serious improvement

Main living area smelled of mould and mould damage walls as paint is flaking off in main room.

Měli jsme jednopodlažní vilu č. 6 s velkým obývákem, kuchyní a třemi ložnicemi. Každá ložnice má svoji koupelnu a wc. Soukromý dvůr s posezenim, menším bazénem a lehátky. Vše velmi vkusně vybaveno.

V sousedství vzniká nová stavba, v době naší návštěvy byl naštěstí klid.

We loved everything about our stay at Sunyi Villas. The villa itself is just like the photos & having your own pool is fantastic. The staff were available by WhatsApp for whatever we needed, which was greatly appreciated.
