Villa Sunari Ubud

Very comfortable and modern Villa, perfect for our group of five. Eka and staff were so lovely, eager to ensure our stay was comfortable. Nice open plan living overlooking the good sized pool. The river gave the Villa a nice rural atmosphere with lots of tropical greenery. A good walk to jalan raya Ubud with some cafes and restaurants to visit.

I have to be honest and point out the very large elephant across the river pumping out loud music from midday until 10 at night. Also if you have a motorbike this part of Ubud is easy to get around, however if you have a car it is good to know that part of this street is one way for cars. So not so easy if you want to get to the main area of Ubud and walking is about 15-20 minutes. If you don’t know the area or you don’t have a driver it could get a bit frustrating finding your way around.

We loved the privacy and quiet location We loved the great size of property, open kitchen and living and the pool surrounded by green. The rooms were large and had a great view of the outside. We loved the way Eka received us and he attended promptly to every request

The location was great, on a quiet street, walkable to town or a quick taxi ride away. It is only a 100m or so to a great breakfast at 'Amsterdam'

We loved the inside/outside feel to the propoerty however the bamboo blinds are insufficient in the wet season, the tiled floor flooded more than once. We were a group of 4, a sofa that sits 4 people comfortably would also be great :)

The villa is absolutely stunning with spacious bedrooms, huge beds, plenty of storage and a breathtaking infinity pool surrounded by jungle. The bathrooms are all a nice size and the garden is pretty. Staff were excellent, responsive and helpful even though we arrived in the middle of the night and were happy to assist with any request. The location is great, away from the congestion of central Ubud yet easily walkable.

It was slightly annoying that when it rained two of the bedrooms are in a separate building so you get wet, and we could have done with more places to hang wet towels and swimwear as it was difficult to get anything dry due to the humidity and open air space. Also couldn't use the bath as there was not enough hot water but these issues were minor and I would 100% stay again.

Villa très calme, dans un écrin de verdure sans vis à vis. Hôtes très serviables et disponibles via Whatsapp. Petit déjeuner copieux, les pancakes sont excellents ! Passage quotidien pour le ménage très appréciable étant donné l’ouverture du salon sur l’extérieur ^^

Pièces assez humides dans l’ensemble, mais il faut s’y attendre étant donné l’agencement de la maison !
