"Overall a lovely place to stay."

Location is amazing. Close to local restaurants and a 20 minute walk into Ubud. The caretaker was lovely and organised a driver for us.

It is a bit dated but overall lovely.

We left after one night. Its rather old and shabby looking. There is extensive construction & noise in the street and due to the difficulty for trucks to access the street, all the building material is stored out front of the villa. The air conditioning in the bedrooms is good, the bed is comfy but there is no real seating area in the open air common space, only a table & chairs. As the pool is shaded most of the day, the water is very cool. The owner offered to relocate us, which was a lovely gesture but sight unseen, we did not want to commit.

Really beautiful, big garden and pool, had a pond around the pagoda with cute fish! The beds were very comfortable with mosquito netting. Great strong air-conditioning. Lovely staff!

The showers were a little on the cold side, could have been warmer. Other than that, nothing 😊
