the quietness (apart from roosters) and the superb location. This street is walking distance from many great restaurants and cafes which is why we chose it. Because it is down an alley, you do not hear the scooter traffic. Felt safe walking around.

Останавливались на вилле номер 4. Хорошее расположение, гуляли пешком до центра, рядом кафе, небольшие магазины, массажный салон. На самой вилле все чисто, две комнаты, в каждой своя ванная комната с открытым душем. Есть телевизор с нетфликс, кондиционер, удобные, но слегка высокие кровати. Бассейн чистый с подсветкой, есть своя кухня с холодильником, плитой, есть кулер с водой. Можно заказать себе еду через ватсап. Мы пользовались, доставили быстро. Ночью тихо, живности на вилле, кроме улиток не наблюдали. Спасибо хозяевам и персоналу за отличный вариант для проживания.

This was not villa from the photos. We were very disappointed so we immediately left.

We loved the pool area and location. Lots of Warungs nearby. Really nice quiet and relaxing area. Agus was so helpful as was Gusti and Wayan.

Accueil sans difficultés à 1h du matin. Location calme, spacieuse, chambres confortables. Nous avons apprécié le fait que chaque chambre ait sa salle de bain. Le jardin était très agréable avec son salon de jardin. Jolie piscine, propre mais un peu fraiche ! Commerces et restaurants accessibles à pieds (2 min). Centre ville à 20-25 min à pieds, se fait bien et évite les embouteillages. Attention si vous avez de jeunes enfants, il n'y a pas de trottoirs: c'est Bali ! Les hôtes sont très réactifs notamment pour le ravitaillement en eau potable.

Eine schöne und saubere Unterkunft etwas außerhalb von Ubud, aber mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Cafés, Supermärkten, Wäschereien etc., die fußläufig gut zu erreichen sind. Ubud erreicht man schnell per Auto/Roller, auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung ist die Unterkunft ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung.

Zahlung musste in der Unterkunft geleistet werden, weil irgendwas mit der Bezahlung über booking nicht geklappt hat. Ärgerlich.
