Highly recommend this, clean, comfortable, amazing staff, couldn’t fault it.

The ambience and location was great.

The water drain out point in the shower needs some maintenance.

The location is great n the staff are very friendly n helpful, the pool was awesome n facilities were good. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Was great we didn't have to get a taxi as we were able to ask the person in charge of Villa's in bali to organise to go to places n pay them when we got back to villa. Value for money especially with a group or family.

There is an ant problem in 3rd bedroom near pool and also kitchen. Would be great to have something in bathrooms to hang wet clothes. Also choice of breakfast would be good too.

Property was awesome, it was clean, comfortable (6 adults), good location. Lovely breakfast that was prepared for us every morning. It was well above what I expected. Host was very accomodating we had water issues close to midnight all we had to do was message and was fixed immediately. Highly recommend to travellers.

The villa was amazing, three big bedrooms, with your own outside bathrooms, loved the layout, was very clean, beautiful outdoor area with clean pool, sun loungers plenty of room to relax with family. Staff were so friendly and accommodating, came every morning and prepared breakfast, lovely people.

The bathrooms outside were lovely, but the mozzies and wildlife were very friendly. The main bedroom needs one big door, it has two little doors and you have to unlock every time you want to go into bathroom. Location is a little bit away from Seminyak markets and beach. The one thing that really annoyed me and caused loss of sleep for whole stay was a couple of cockerels who reside next door to property, they squawked day and night, every single day.

The property was amazing. The pool was perfect. The service provided exceeded our expectations. Overall highly recommend this property.

We found a cockroach infestation in the utensils drawer. We alerted the housekeeping and they came next day and cleaned up. We still found another cockroach in the drawer. Looks like they need to do a deep clean and pest control (especially for cockroaches)

Was a lovely villa the whole family enjoyed. We were well looked after! Soli, Fanny, Tina and their team made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. It was our first time to bali and they made everything easy! Gave us great recommendation and were able to organise day trips for us so we felt comfortable the whole time. If you’re wanting a beautiful villa and great service I definitely recommend. Also I just want to add that the team went above and beyond to made dads birthday special so another big thank you!! 😄

When I was booking the villa I saw on previous reviews about location and the rooster. You can hear the roosters but it definitely wasn’t an issue on our stay at all. In terms of location it was great, was a 10-15 min walk to popular food spots.

It was modern and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was big and pillows were comfortable. Bathrooms were spacious.

I wish the staffs would come in earlier to prep bfast. Days start early in Bali and we are normally out before 9am. They also do not work on Sunday and would only provide some food and fruits for Sundays and our early days. The insects were a nuisance although they weren’t
