Villa Sitara, Sitara Villa Group

Well laid out villa for young family, large glass doors could be shut completely or left open. Pool was excellent, staff were excellent, aircon and wifi were excellent!

Noise from neighbouring locals - Roosters everywhere crowing at all hours. Very very irritating. Also noise from the main road. Not a good location unfortunately.

Staff were lovely and very helpful and friendly

The pool, we all broke out in rashes and couldn’t use the pool for the full stay. There was something not quite right with the chlorine and water levels. My kids and all of us had rashes and red sores appear in different parts of our bodies. We informed the pool cleaner and he attended- the ph was on lower side. It still didn’t resolve as kids were very itchy. We didn’t have any issues in other pools we used in Bali.

The rooms were amazing for what we needed.

Can’t complain about anything.

Once you enter the property, it is well maintained with three good size bedrooms and seperate bathrooms attached. An open kitchen, good size pool and a small well maintained lawn.

Access to staff is limited, once they cook & serve you the breakfast they are then almost non-existent. When on our own, we have to ask for basic things like sauce and cooking oil. The microwave though functiononing, hardly heats the food.

The staff are super friendly really nice people Place is great and in a great location
