Great private spot, easy walk to shops and restaurants, Staff where the best so nice and friendly, brought birthday cakes for our daughter’s birthdays thanks so much

Can get a little busy in the gang with all the villas around besides that was great

we had a beautiful secure yard the pool was a really good size and we loved the breakfast in the morning. The staff were so lovely and thoughtful as we celebrated my sons 18th birthday. thank you 🙏🏽

Breakfast was enjoyable. It’s just a shame on days we went out for day trips we missed breakfast because we would have to wait until 9am for it. Liked that there was plenty of mozzie repelant to use. Gardens were lovely The pillows were very comfy!! Water cooler was a great addition! Lots of comfy seating Shower was great- good pressure.

We didn’t like the location at all. For a family of 5 with kids it wasn’t great having to try cross that busy road, we weren’t close to restaurants or markets to be able to just walk to. Taxis found it really hard to come get us. We also found it very noisy- dogs constantly barking, rooster going off at all hours. The kids found the bathrooms smelly- a little like sewerage.

The location was great it was so easy to get to places and conveniently placed in Seminyak right opposite a mini mart and close to markets. The villas where so beautiful and clean and the staff where exceptional.

"other from water being effected from bedroom toilet we would definitely stay again . it took us 2 nits to figure out tha"

the pool and that each bedroom had its own bathroom and was near some Great homewares shops

there seems to be an issue with the toilet causing continual flushing ( far left bedroom )which stops all the showers from working in which my husband had to tend to numerous times so we could shower. the TV kept lagging too but otherwise would stay again.
