The property was not well maintained. The upper level master bedroom leaks during the heavy storm, which inconvenieced us. Upper floor aircond in both rooms stopped working on Dec 23. Family members slept in stuffy warm rooms. Also leakage at the staircase ceiling, causing some water to flow on the slippery staircase Towels and bedsheets were not changed until Dec 23. Shower head hose in the twin bedroom is leaking, no steady flow of water for showers.
