SAHuge bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool and outdoor area was beautiful and so relaxing. Brilliant location - close to beach and nice cafe for breakfast.
Villa is little worn out but still a great Bali vibe.
AUThe Villa was very clean and tidy, in an awesome location tucked away from noise. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Property management was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The photos are exactly what you get from the Villa, we would 100% stay with our family of 7 again as there was more than enough room to accommodate all of us.
There were a couple of small issues (power outage) with the Villa. Management explained that works were being carried out but had not been completed before our arrival. They apologized for the inconvenience and were more than helpful in accommodating ways to help our stay. Something we didn't like turned into something we loved in the way they continued to try to fix.

AUHuge villa with plenty of space for 8 of us. Pool was great and the staff accommodating. Good facilities not too far with a great coffee shop down the road called local coffee.
Its fairly dated and needs some work.
USWe had a great stay, villa was good for our group of 11. House keeper came and cleaned every day. Only complaint we had was one of the bedrooms upstairs l had squirrels living in the roof, to the point where we could see them in the rafters climbing up and down the inside. We let staff know, they said they were harmless but still my kids moved their beds into the room across the hall because they were a little nervous about sleeping with them. AUOur stay at Villa Kibbi was perfect. Villa is in a great location, close to everything but not noisy. The villa is massive, bedrooms are huge. Pool area was very nice. Airport transportation was included. We could not fault our stay. We would recommend to anyone looking for a Villa in Seminyak.

Bath towels and toiletries were sub standard. Repeated visits by cleaning staff as if spying something
SGCompletely relaxed, accommodating and friendly. Allowed us to leave our bags past check out and arrange to pick up later. We used Wayan for a day of touring, he was fabulous and the house keeper Eka worked tirelessly to keep us clean and tidy.
