Villa was unmaintained, only look similar to the offered photos but just add 7 years of unmaintained days (see photos). Water leaks here and there, 1 bed was totally wet, electricity shutdown, broken aircon. Days filled with everyday apologies from the site manager, blaming the weather and keep telling that its the weather's fault because they have sent, ordered tech worker to fix it, and they dont have a crystall ball to know this and it was good before we came (did you ever come to the villa to check their result? Seems not...) then finally became very defensive and rudely hang up the call when we were in the middle of providing feedback. Seems that the site manager needs to learn to listen to what customer has to say, but instead she literally said our feedback through booking.com messaging as "fight of a war of words". Area was noisy with motorcycles late at night. The only pleasant staff there was the cleaning lady which is very nice and seems to be ashamed of whats happening. We understand the weather situation and we also understand that sometimes things aren't predictable, but if a paid customer is forced to understand all the site manager's excuses AFTER checked-in, this is not right. And to think that all of these were simply can be swept away by offering last day free breakfast or airport transport as compensation, that's not right either. It's not about the money anymore, it's about how you treat your customers. Seems that similar happened in the past, just sort the review of this villa to low score and see the response of the feedback. So best to avoid this one if you want a pleasant peaceful place.

NZBeautiful villa located close to the beach, shopping, spas, and restaurants. Everything within short walk with easy access to scooters and taxis for activities further afield. Lovely outdoor area and pool for relaxing away from the hustle and bustle. Plenty of space in the three bedrooms for our family of five (including three young adults). Daily housekeeper who kept the place spotless, was very friendly and accommodating. Host a pleasure to communicate with.
Villa a little tired in places with repairs obviously underway. Location, amenities (garden anrea) and cleanliness far outweighed this.
