SGIt was very spacious with private pool. There was 1 room downstairs - sofa bed was comfortable. There was Aqua water provided & security outside the villa. Seminyak beach is within walking distance.
We were not able to lock the front door (1st day) & manager didnt respond to our call. Thanks to Wayan who refer us to Security. Briya (?) came & manage to solve the problem within a short time. We are grateful to Security Briya. There was blackout on 2May (not under villa's control) - thankfully there were some candles we could use.

AUThe property is dirty, towels stained, no fresh towels daily, dish towels burnt and dirty, property not maintained at all, not enough necessities at the Villa. Microwave doesn’t work properly, fridge dirty and water filter system doesn’t work properly. Air conditioning units and bathroom fans full of mould. Contacted the property manager a few times regarding my concerns which were ignored or just went unresolved. Extremely disappointed.

AUMy first words as I walked through the entrance gates was wow! The new kitchen is amazing! The king beds are massive, the bedrooms are huge and so are the bathrooms!! There is so much space! The villa is very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning works very well in all rooms. Loved the pool.
In the master bedroom upstairs the wifi wouldn’t work.
AUThe size of the villa for 8 people was amazing!! The pool was fabulous. The bathroom sizes were incredible!! Amazing value for money and the location was excellent. We needed to check out a little later and they accommodated us for this! Highly recommend 👍
The kids beds were a little hard....but that was only a minor thing.
