Beach Villa Balian

Lovely place. Nice pool. Quiet. Loved it. About 10 minutes walk to the beach one way and a few shops the other way. The restaurant across the road was very nice. Great bathroom and shower.

The curtains could do with a clean.

Location, beautiful property, walking distance to good restaurants and the world's best coffee.

The care the property manager took to visit and clean daily was so kind, but unnecessary.

Arsa was great. Very helpful and the best thing about the villa.

Broken fans, tired decor, lack of furniture on the upper terrace. Misleading photos - pool size and proximity to the smaller villa. Parking difficult and access via dirty passage with building works going on.

Beautiful setting, overall small and private, lovely friendly responsive hosts, beautiful comfortable accommodation, easy walk to both beach, yoga, restaurants and main street.

Was like a palace and the grounds are gorgeous. Location is the best in Balian. Pool was magic. Arsa our manager was amazing. We love love loved!
