Beach Villa Balian

Eddie's Villa was amazing, and he does anything he can to make your stay super comfortable. He's very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and surrounding areas, he suggested many great things to see that are off the tourist path, assisted us with drivers and even lent us one of his own surfboards free of charge while ours was being repaired. I got an ear infection and he checked it for me, and advised what medication I needed to ask for at the chemist and told us where to see a doctor if needed but it was cleared up in 2 days with his help. Couldn't recommend Eddie and this place enough!

What isn't to like? Sun beds for every bungalow, outdoor table and chairs, indoor chairs and a super comfotable clean bed. The bathroom was really clean as well with none of the common Bali sewer smells. The communal kitchen was handy and the free water fills a really nice touch.

Have stayed in the big villa before. The property is even more rundown this year and overpriced. Stayed in In the little villa this year - there is nowhere to sit down at a table inside. Very uncomfortable to only have exterior pool lounges and high bar chairs. It is 3 times the price of other places I have stayed at balian and for this I would expect all linen and towels to be changed every 2- 3 Days . Arsa does his best but no amount of scrubbing should it be done will make a difference to the shower recesses. Only one pillow each is not enough . The pillows are too high and there is no other choice.

the walk way back to the villa could do with some lighting so you are not using your phones light to see where you are going. Maybe add a small bar fridge in the room although a fridge was available outside at the pool

What a fantastic host and amazing property, the photos actually don't do it justice. A stunning villa in a quiet and calm location away from the crowds. Everything you could possibly need was provided including a fully stocked (large) minibar. Eddie the host can arrange anything you like if you want to adventure out a little but there are plenty of quality food and drink venues locally if you want to just chill for a bit (or surf!!). An unspoilt must visit place in Bali and Balian Beach Villa is definitely the place to stay!!!
