"very disappointing and bad communication from the owner."

the pool

yellow stained pillows. filthy kitchen cupboards when it rained water poured all over the stairs inside making it very dangerous. glass missing from the downstairs bathroom window. towels were not changed for the 3 days we were there. no rooms serviced at all

"Superb"

The location was great and the pool and size of the property was impressive. The staff were wonderful. It was great value for money.

The property could do with a bit of a touch up e.g bit of paint here and there, but it was still great overall and well priced.

Spacious and comfortable. Excellent location & safe.

I don't know why but the cab driver found it difficult to locate their address. We ended up just using the address of the resort next door

"Relaxing Time at Villa Kunang!"

We have previously stayed at Villa Kunang & love it for the size, it's quite location, the large pool & lovely gardens. It's perfect for chilling out. The villa is also very close to restaurants, beach & shops. Villa Manager Wayan was lovely & very helpful.

Wifi wasnt working. The issue continued & was only rectified on our last day. No movie channels. The Villa is getting a tad old & in need of some cosmetic updates inside & out.

Villa was perfect.. location was great..

Aircon in downstairs bedroom could’ve been colder and host could’ve given us more privacy as they kept coming in while we were sleeping. Pool felt like a warm bath and tiles kept coming loose

Great location and pool was good but some tiles were missing. Good size property.

Property is very dated and needs some serious maintenance. Downstairs shower was awful. Chair covers have stains. Villa manager lives on the property so not very private. Have stayed in much better villas for less money.
