The Villa is clean, the view from the Villa is beautiful.

Lovely property and well kept. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Beautiful view from pool.

We were not told of all the stairs to get to the villa. My wife has a bad foot and struggled. Getting the key from the shop is a hassle Finding the place without an escort is very difficult

The Villa is absolutely beautiful. Great large outdoor area with cooking facilities and large fridge. The pool is amazing with wonderful views. The bedroom and bathroom were huge and beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful, gave us lifts to the grocery store and helped organise drivers for water palace visit and then to the ferry.

The only small problem is access. There are steps that lead down towards the road but then you need to make your way through rocks. If you have someone that isn’t great mobility wise it’s not the best. We didn’t go out to dinner because my mom was too scared to go through the rocks in the dark.

We absolutely loved this property !! I had rented one of the villas and my daughter had rented the other....very comfortable for three adults and two children. The view is fabulous from both villas. They are easily reached by the stairs running along the sides but they are completely separate with no vis-a-vis. The pools are large and the two-bedroom villas were spacious with a comfortable bed and generous bathroom en suite in each bedroom. The quality of decorations and equipment were all high-end. We took advantage of the open outside kitchen equipped with high quality dishes and accessories. There was daily cleaning available. The manager of the property was so accommodating; meeting point was at the Adistore and then leading us to the property, picking us up to take us to the Adistore when we needed groceries, ferrying us to the restaurant for a lovely evening of Balinese music and dancing. There was even a fresh fruit bowl delivered the first morning. You could also order very good food from the restaurant to be delivered to the villas. Wonderful snorkeling was available withing walking distance. Make sure to bring beach shoes as the rocks are quite sharp in the water. You can walk down the steps but beware that the steps end before the street and you have to maneuver the rocks and bits of trash. It's fine during the day but might be tricky at night.

Be aware that there is a lot of wild life around. Roosters crowing throughout the day, gentle mooing of cows, clucking of chickens.....and don't leave any food outside in the kitchen at night, either put it in the fridge or bring inside the bedrooms. There is frequent trashing burning in the early morning. There is a harmless older woman that pops up beside the pool to offer massages but just firmly say no and she goes away. You could not easily maneuver the steep descent to the road below at night but the management would graciously be available to take you wherever you needed to go either by motorcycle or car.

The view from the deck is spectacular. The villa is situated high up on the hill but close enough to the fantastic snorkelling reef.

The pillows were really high. It would have been good to have a few varieties of pillow to choose from.

The location was excellent, away from the main road and high so we had a view of the sea, the infinity pool was a great addition. The hosts were very friendly, they gave us a bowl of fruit and supplied a large water bottle. They kept the whole area very clean.

Nothing really, stupid thing, the safe could have been lower, we had to stand on tip toes to use it.

Clean, good view, new sanitary.

No blankets for the beds (we had to go search for some weird covers), bathrooms are connected with a huge hole and you can literally see and hear everything that happens in the second bathroom.

Beautiful villa. Stunning view of the sea. Clean and tidy. Good kitchen facilities. Lovely pool.

The view from this villa is gorgeous and the pool stays warm late into the evening. The friendly staff are at a reception desk behind/up the stairs from the villa and are available for anything you might need, but you still feel like you have a lot of privacy. We received a generous fruit basket our first morning, which was delightful. They also had a blender so that we could make smoothies! It’s only a 10 minute walk to the beach (although a fair few stairs) and several great restaurants/ cafes within short walking distance.

You can hear everything between the two ensuite bathrooms. The mattresses were too soft for two of us (who prefer firm mattresses).

wonderful setting if slightly poor access but worth the steep drive for the view alone. Very comfortable and clean with helpful friendly staff.
