Villa Balinese Luxurious Elegance

Beautiful villa with gorgeous views of the padi fields. The decor is stunning, especially at night with all the outside lighting. We particularly enjoyed the open air bathroom in the master bedroom. Komang was amazing and cooked delicious breakfasts every morning for us, and helped us with a food delivery when we couldn’t use the app. Dollar was always available to drive us round too and picked us up in the evenings. We didn’t want to leave!

It was a little far from the center of ubud so could take 45 mins to get back through the traffic. Some building work going on next door so the access road was not always usable and had a lot of rubble on it. Outdoor pool chairs could do with an update

Die Villa ist wunderschön, gut und liebevoll ausgestattet, auch mit viel Kunst, und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es lädt ein, um gemütlich viel Zeit zu verbringen! Die Managerin Komang war sehr hilfsbereit und immer gut zu erreichen. Wir waren rundum glücklich und würden sofort wieder buchen, das nächste Mal länger!

Der Weg zur Villa ist momentan ein Baustellenweg und bei Regen schlammig. Zufahrt ist aber möglich. Wir haben aber im Haus keinerlei Lärm gehabt, es war bis auf Grillen und Frösche ruhig! 😊

There is no privacy. The farmers in the field can literally high five you. The smell is overwhelming- there is a working farm that the pool looks over into. Farm animals equal farm smells. The nighttime security person climbs over the back wall without warning to turn on the lights. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to enjoy the outside during the day or evening. The house staff come everyday and allow their cat into the house and the furniture. The cat roams the the property at night and defecated in the downstairs shower and then on the patio outside. But the housekeeper told me not to use mosquito coils because it may cause a mess. Not worth the money and not enjoyable at all.

Villa that the whole family were able to share close to Ubud near places we visited

Out the front of the villa and the access road was a construction site with piles of smelly rubbish. The view of rice paddies was more a view of a farm with a cows etc that made the outdoor area smell. Two of the bathrooms were not secure from the outdoors therefore had toads frogs and lizards in there. The host asked us if we were ok with the villa cat even though the description describes the villa as pet free, even though she took the cat away the lounges smelt like cat.

Beautiful location at the edge of the rice fields, great view, very quiet. Super friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

There is some construction in the neighborhood going on, but doesn’t bother you while inside the house or garden.

Beautiful Villa close to the centre of Ubud with a gorgeous view over rice paddies. Komang went above and beyond to make sure our every need was attended to. I would highly recommend staying here.

Absoulutely the only downside is that it is a short distance from the centre of ubud which can take a long time when the traffic is bad. Best to time outings in line with non peak times (if, like us you’re not prepared to risk your life on a scooter) We did not try walking, could be a good option.

Amazing place, this villa is stunning! Wonderful location surrounded by rice fields, nice decoration, great pool and beautiful sunset. The staff were very kind, Komang was very helpful and she cook a nice breakfast at the villa everyday. I absolutely recommend this place!

Property is as described and very well laid out for sharing. Furnishings still in good condition. Pool was nice.

The staff team were okay but compared to most places we have stayed, very lacklustre. Personally I don’t like people asking me every day if we want any cleaning done. I would prefer that the routine cleaning was taken care of discreetly. A small thing but for the price, it would have been nice to have a bag of coffee provided for our stay.
