Villa Indah Kuta Royal - Private Pool - Optic Fiber High Speed Internet

Location was great. Walking distance to main street. Mart across road. Pool was in back yard not in front yard like most villas. Loved this. Spacious. Clean. This was our second villa during stay. Had everything needed in kitchen to cook which was useful. Staff were easy to communicate with and accessible via what's ap. Big enough for big family and cheap.

A little run down and needs some maitance - aircon leaked in one room soaking floor, doors had hole in it at bottom. Bathroom little outdated and cracked basin etc. Top loungeroom no aircon so not really usable. Pool chairs holes, wifi didn't work well upstairs.

The pool is nice

The villa is dirty, there is a lot of mould in the property. The sink leaks and if you open cupboards the smell fills the villa. It was not cleaned well. The sheets and bedding was very stained and dirty.

The location is perfect and the property fit our needs better than we could have expected The staff are amazing

The host is very responsive with our many maintenance requests and generally fix them the second day. The host is also very kind to allow late check out till 9pm. We greatly appreciate his kindness. The house is spacious for hosting 8-10 people. Swimming pool, small, but water is clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The key left on the door when we arrived to allow easy check-in.

The price is attractive but not without a catch. The bedsheets were old with stains though they were washed. A shower head has to replace as an urgency because water did not flow evenly. Water splashes onto clothes when wash dishes, fruits in the kitchen. Wok, frying pans have wobbly handles. Food debris from previous guests were left under the sofa cushions. Water leaks under the sink in the kitchen which gives out smell. Dining table has a glass cover, however the edge is kinda sharp to be mindful. We left with uncooked food because the gas cylinder was used up in the middle of our cooking on our second day staying. Sinks were blocked, one on each day. Though the rental is affordable, we were stressed as issues almost every day. Don't mind old towels, rugs, hand towels and furniture, but do mind stains on linens, dust on furniture. It dented our experience in Bali, especially some of this group came to Bali for the very first time. We'd be happier to pay extra for exchange of a clean house without the above issues.

Honestly the place was nice and comfortable. situated around convenience stores and restaurants so never going to be an issue for you. house was spacious and perfect for a large group. What was amazing was the people who helped us during our stay, owner was incredibly friendly and even the pak cik who welcomed us was so friendly. Would I come here again? Of course!

There was only a few : - house seemed to be a little dusty (however once i spoke to the owner, the cleaners came and cleaned up the house) - Wifi at the top floor was not able to connect, not sure what was the issue with the router.

Villa has seen better days - in need of a makeover - lights blown, missing tv remotes, doors/windows to pool unable to be locked for child safety. Could use a repaint on interior.
